Email Returned Undeliverable

When ever my friends send me an e-mail they get back an undeliverable error, but I am getting the emails. My internet provider is Charter and that is what I am using for the POP and SMPT. My husband and I are on the same connection in the house just different computers and he chooses to use hotmail as his email, He is not having any of these problems. I thought it was a Charter problem so I called them and they say it is Microsoft Mail and they can't help. Is there something in options or somewhere else in this Vista Mail that can fix this?

I am getting returned mail as undeliverable from one particular server with the following message:"This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason: Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server. The reasons given by the server are included to help you determine why each recipient was rejected.........Please reply to Postmaster@ if you feel this message to be in error." When I reply to Postmaster it says it is not a valid address. server. I am using Time Warner Cable's Roadrunner as my email server.

I can send email fine from my Windows mail folder, but when I go to certain web sites and click to email from their site, I get the above msg. I know I have plenty of memory, so what do I need to do to be able to send these emails. If I copy and paste and then go back to my windows mail folder to send them an email, it always comes back. My email box is loaded with "Returned and Undelivarable Messages" using my email address as the sender. Some are in foreign languages. How can I prevent someone from using my emaill address to send out mass spam email?

I have set up my new email address for my new laptop and it says finish but it keeps coming back that its undeliverable. What is it that I am doing wrong? I put in the email name I want to use. put in my mail user for incoming and outgoing mail on my desktop.

I have deleted almost all my mails but the following message appears everytime: A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced) because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded. This started yesterday. When I go to read my mail, I have approx. 1200 messages all saying: MAIL ADMINISTRATOR-MAIL SYSTEM ERROR-RETURNED MAIL......or it will say this: MAILER-DAEMON@Y DELIVERY FAILURE I immediately select all and delete, then they come right back!

When I enter a name into the "To" field such as name@roadrunner.com and then go to "CC" or "Subject" the "To" line is expanded to include ";" Sometimes this causes an "Undeliverable" error message. I use Vista Home Premium on a laptop. How can I prevent this addition?

When I try to install the full Vista SP1 package, I get an error message that the installation failed because "the server returned a referral." I'm a home user not connected to a server so I don't know what this means.

I have installed a certificate for my email in WM, but recently I cannot = send a digitally signed email, it gives me an error. I can send unsigned = emails, my email certificate exp. in 2010. How can I correct this error? = Am not facing such problems with other emails just one.

I keep getting these spam emails from random valid email addresses telling me I have X amount of dollars waiting for me in a online casino. Every time i delete and block the emails address i get another from another email address generated. Its obviously spyware, I have run AVG and spybot and it hasnt fixed the problem. I cant adjust my spam filters cause sometimes theres important emails which get IDd as SPAM by accident. Is there anyway to fix this?

move files from an XP to a Vista machine and exported all of his Outlook Express email, copied that file to the desktop on the Vista machine, then imported it into Vista's email program. However the folder for email is now on his desktop, and is called Old Email backup. I know that one of these days he is going to delete it and wonder where his email went. What is the default folder it should have created the email in? I will move it there.

Have Windows Mail on PC with Vista. New laptop has Windows 7. Want to access email from laptop but must download Windows Mail Live in order to do so. It forces me to change my email address to their default address at hotmail. There is no place for "other" and the ability to type in my own.

Say I have 10 individual Email recipients that I often send the same Email to. I want to be able to bring all the addresses together into one Group, and send the Email addressed to say "Family" or "Social Team" etc. Is there a way that I can lump all the common recipients together under one title?

Trouble getting new email address (hotmail.com) recognized as default email. Tried all methods posted on forums: tools option and control panel. Control panel default settings will not allow option to disable Windows Mail. (grayed out). Register Hotmail software says only Vista but I am using Vista. Also cannot open old email program (Windows Mail) : getting error message MSOE.DLL 0x8007002: Checked and followed all advice on forums. Have also stopped virus software from scanning emails.

After setting up my email account with windows mail using my talk talk email address, for some reason when I'm posting messages to your help forum, it is showing my MSN email address. What is happening here? I've checked all the info via Tools, Accounts, and it only shows my talktalk email??

When I receive email the text is there but the pictures are not. Sometimes I get the red X and other times nothing. But if I do a select all the blank space turns blue as if something is there. When I get mail from ex. USAJobs, the entire body of the email is blank. Some others the text directing me to "having trouble viewing this email click here" and then it takes me to their website. I have the block pics box unchecked and I am running vista with PCTools Spyware doctor. Also email from friends and family the pictures show up with no problems. The only problem I am having is from commercial sites. And yes I even added them to my allow list.

I have several e-mail accounts. When I forward an email, it uses the wrong email address in the "From" toolbar line, not the address to which the email was addressed. This is something new in the last couple of days, as before it always used the address to whom the email was addressed.

I now have a brand new HP m9100z and can not get email to work at all. My other machine is an HP s3123w aka "slimline". Both run windows vista home premium. On the slimline, email works just fine. On the new machine, nadda. Zip, zero. Can not get email to work using any client I have.
Thunderbird, windows mail, forte agent, all say "login failed". Even though both machines are setup exactly the same. The difference in the two machines is that the new one now has a wifi card and dual ntsc tuners. My domain works fine through browsers so I can get email through the website. Just can't do it on this machine. So what tricks can I try to get email to work?

I have 4 computers, all have Windows XP. I recently replaced the 1st which was my Laptop with a Dell XPS that runs Vista. Since then my email accounts started having problems. I can only receive email on one account. but was able to receive all email accounts one the main Desktop which is wired to the router. Now I have replaced this desktop with a new one it also runs Vista, and now the same thing has happened; I only receive email from one account. I tried deleting all accounts and set them all up again same problem. I have MS Office 2003 which has office outlook and it to does the same thing. I tried deleting accounts on both trying to single out the possibility of conflict, but still no luck.

I'm having a problem with my MS Office suite 2003 on my new PC (Belarc analysis below). Two issues that have been coming up for me are that my email settings in Outlook won't allow me to bring in my email (IMAP/SMTP set up) and the second is that any time I try to change my office assistant it keeps telling me I don't have enough memory (!). What's going on with this? After all, this is a 3 GB machine, things that worked on my 1 GB shouldn't have a problem.
I use a Verizon DSL connection.
