I am trying to send a short video(146mb) as an attachment in Vista windows mail on Cox. I keep getting "Could not send message. Not enough memory." I need a simple explanation of this and what I should do.
I can receive e-mail and reply e-mail. But I can't send new message. Should I call my provider? When I set up my e-mail account, they were very arrogant and sounds like even they don't want to talk to me. This is my first PC,maybe I set up something wrong. If possible,I don't want to call my provider.
I use Windows Mail for for my normal eMail address which is a Yahoo one. It works perfectly at home here in the UK with a router. Some months ago I spent time in Spain and used WiFi in various places and each time found that I could receive but not send messages. Shortly I will be going abroad again and want to try to avoid the problem repeating itself. What should I do to make the emailing 2way?
Greetings: whenever I try to send a message on Windows Mail I get the following error code: 0x800CCC0F. I can receive messages but I cannot send out any messages. I have checked with my ISP (Astound) and they have been unable to solve the problem. As a result, I have been using Astound Webmail which is less convenient. Does anyone have a solution to my problem?
A large number (over 50) e-mails were sent from my address that was a solictation to buy computers and electronics. When I select New to send an email, there is a sales message from that company in the body of my email before I even type anything.
Ill try this again. I cant send email I keep getting this message. Ive disabled my AVG email scanner, reset my account numerous times, still no luck. I dont have any problem deleting the message from the outbox.

Several times when I try to send a message from email I get an error message saying that I have selected an incorrect server. Where do I go to change the server name? It says the current server is A T & T Mobile. I know this is incorrect.
The "Page" button on the website allows for that info to be sent by email or by link. However, when I select to send by link I get an error message about ISP and IMAP. I have gmail as my default, and I think I need to switch to whatever is compatible with windows mail. This is a new computer and prior I used XP with OUtlook.

I have set up my account 5 or 6 times. I have roadrunner as my internet provider. the pop is pop-server.wi.rr.com and smtp is smtp-server.wi.rr.com I was able to send one email and then I closed windows mail. 10 mins later, went back in to try and send an email and I received this error message.

I'm getting the following error message when Windows Mail (Vista 64 Home Premium SP1) tries to send e-mails from my laptop: The connection to the server has failed. Subject ..., Account: 'verizon.net', Server: 'outgoing.verizon.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E. Downloading incoming mail is not a problem, and I obviously can post to newsgroups. Although this is a new problem, I turned off Norton's checking of outgoing mail - no change. Verizon had us change to Port 587 last year so that's not the issue either. WM does send e-mail from my desktop so apparently the problem is specific to the laptop.
i have been using windows e-mail forever, since the 6/22 i have not been able to send or receive. i get error message stating: connection to server failed account, 'pop.charter.net' , server:pop.charter.net" protocol; pop3, port 995, secure (ssl): yes, socket error.10060, error number: oxooocc03 i have been reading other questions and answers and have tried most, downloaded regcure, nothing has worked.
I have 5 group contacts but can only send a message to three of them! The error message is "must have e-mail address to send", of course there is an e-mail address for each member of the group. size is not the issue, one group that "won't send has 5 members the other has 60.

since I have had Windows Vista on my computer I can post a message somedays and not others. For some reason I have to press 'POST MESSAGE' several times before it will open the message session. I thought at 1st it may have been the forum itself but went in there today and used my laptoop with Windows XP and was able to leave a message staight away. Is there something I need to do to my computer to allow me into forums?
Have had Vista now for three months, I set up windows mail with my pop3 email accounts and everything worked fine. However, also windows no longer remembers my password AND when it does or when I enter it manually it, it wont log on but comes up with the enter password screen again which I cant get passed. All the details are correct and I am at a loss as to why all my email accounts are doing this? I have more than one email provider so its not anything that end as none of them working.
