I can't figure out why i won't come up. If i try to run windows explorer it will pop up the task bar at the bottom for two seconds but i can't click on it and it won't stay open.

Do you want to Activate Windows now? Yes or No" I keep clicking "yes" but the same message box keeps reappearing continuously. It would not go any further. What is wrong?
