Backup Computers On Network
May 8, 2007I have 10 Computers in my local network ipaddress starts. I need following data's from all clients
1. Outlook mail box
2.Outlook Address Book
3.Documents and settings profile ( Ex.All users)
I need to save automatically all client PC files what i mentioned in above all files to move a copy through my server PC through network ( Ex \192.168.100.41Backup )
Each PC have individual folder. Every restart this script will take a backup ( First time full backup next time always take only incremental backup. I need a script of BATCH file for this operation.

May 15, 2007I have 100 PC's in same LAN .I need to take a each PC image of hole HDD through LOCAL AREA NETWORK .
1. I dont want to disturb any one of user
2. Need every Week friday Hole HDD backup
3. Save to one server through local network
If PC or laptop crashes i will buy a same config system and restore last week Image Kindly advice any 3 rd party softwares avail or wondows really i am in small business company
After Backup Should Have My Backup Folder Or Backup.bkf File?
Aug 16, 2008After restoring a computer and backing up files, once the computer is back up and running should I have a foldercalled "My Backup 1408-08 2353" or should I have a single backup file called backup.bkf? I'm trying to help someone, and they have a folder with the files already available instead of a single backup.bkf file. He wants to restore everything to the original location before the computer restore. How can he do that with the folder he has instead of a backup.bkf file? The restore wizard is asking for a .bkf file to place everything in the original locations, and he doesn't have that.

It calls it synchronization rather than backup and from the error messages it seems that it doesn't create a shadow image before backing up as several files were not backed up as they were in use.

May 28, 2006I have two IDE hard disks one 40GB=C and the secondary 200GB=D,I have made a copy of documents and setting from C to a new folder backup in drive D.After that this operating finished I preformed format of C and installed from on drive C the MS WIN XP operating system.After the installation the backup FOLDER on drive D, changed to backup FILE without extension.How can I restore my DATA? anyone familiar with this phenomenon

Aug 31, 2005Alright I have a problem. I removed a bunch of spyware from this computer which included Aurora, WinFixer, Surf Side Kick, and many others. What happened was after rebooting into WindowsI was prompted to re-activate Windows even though I hadn't changed out any hardware. I thought this was rather strange. I went ahead and did an overlay of the operating system. Upon doing the overlay I was prompted to activate Windows, so I did. Upon getting into Windows I found out another culprit which was giving me problems, it was a directory within Program Files. I went into safe mode and deleted the directory. After that I restarted Windows and it kept rebooting after the Windows splash screen.
