I am using Windows XP Pro (OEM). How do I CLEAR the drop down completion menus? Some of mine have 4 or 5 options with most being old email addresses or errors. I want to clear them all and start from scratch.

all my drop down menus from address bar to simple options in settings and such all keep resetting Rapidly, as if I was clicking on it non stop, what this is doing is hindering me from being able to do anything on that page that is displayed because it keeps pulling down the topmost drop down menu

When I try clicking internet links, items in drop down menus, etc, I have to click maybe two to three times to get the system to act on the command. In Internet Explorer, on the address bar, you can click the down arrow at the right end of the bar and this causes a Drop Down List to appear, that shows URLs you've recently typed in and gone to. Can this list be cleared and if so how and is the information completely gone even though you can't see it?
I have a windows 2000 server, which is quickly running out of room. There must be almost a gig worth of update and hotfix install/uninstall files and info.

Since a few days ago, whenever I right click on a device, folder, or file, or whenever I click on the File or Edit menu when one of these entities is selected, the computer freezes, and I need to press Ctrl-Alt-Del and close the Explorer in order to continue.
