Remove An Item From Start-now Toolbar?
Feb 2, 2012I have like, a bookmark or, a link? or an item that i want to remove from mt StartNow toolbar. i don't want to remove the whole tooldbar, i just want to remove one of the links(or bookmarks or favorites or items, whatever you want to call it.) because i don't use the website at all.

Oct 15, 2012I received my new laptop from the administrator at work, it came with a browser and recycle bin on the desktop. I found a work around for removing the recycle bin so that is no prob. However...
When I delete the browser icon it asks for an administrator login (which I have been given) I enter this and the icon is then deleted. However the icon keeps coming back! This seems to happen when I log back on or sometimes just after a few hours.

Nov 1, 2010I don't know in which section i should to post this but i'm having a little problem on my new windows 7 installation. it was a clean installation but upon finish, once i click on any file (shortcut or folder or file), the dialog box will pop-up asking to delete the file to recycle bin. btw the dialog will pop-up for many time, i'm tired enough to clicks NO on the dialog box..

All is well, its just now I want to get rid of Linux. (I will install it on desktop and mess around with it there.) I wanted to know how to get rid of the Grub loader.
I googled it and found that you can restore the windows (didn't find anything for windows 7) bootloader using the installation disk and going into repair. The instructions however were all for windows xp and few for vista. I want to know if it will work for Windows 7. I don't have a windows 7 DVD. I have a Windows 7 professional upgrade disk 64 bit. My Vista came pre loaded on the laptop, and i have recovery disks for it. Will I be able to do it from the Windows 7 upgrade disk.

Jan 13, 2012A menu item from a context menu frequently remains displayed after a mouse click. For instance I have a display that has the word 'Delete' on it. This display is on top of anything I type or try to read. That is why I had to put a carriage return after display above as I was unable to move anything so that the I could see what I was doing. The only way I have found to get rids of it is to reboot. Doesn't matter what program I am in. It happens when I click on a context menu item.

I copied them to the Windows 7 Pro Startup and one of them does not run. I can double click the Shortcut manually and it launches fine, just not during the Boot up.The program is SpeedFan (SF). I have tried using various options in the Compatibility Tab for SF and I have UAC set to Off for Admin boots. Nothing allows SF to launch during the Boot up.
