i run an SSL site that has function perfectly for over 10 years. Now that clients are using Windows 7 SOME of them cannot log in because their LOCAL domain name is part of the USERNAME . LOCALDOMANUSERNAME . they cannot change it .they cannot use the User another account setting after using it 1 time.I have had them remove the autocomplete option under tools, content, ssl, username/password.i have had them clear the SSL state.It seems to only happen with Windows 7 pro when they have their own domain set up at their office.

I am using a new ivybrdige computer running windows 7 and i have found a problem. I tried to respond to a "contact us" link on the manufacturers website and the follwing message appeared:-"could not perform this operation because default mail client is not properly installed". I understand that the 64bit Internet Explorer cannot be set as the default browser.I have downloaded windows live mail however I cannot set this as my default e-mail client. I have accessed the Start/set program access and computer default/ custom/ and it simply says " use current e-mail program there is no option to select windows live mail as the default. Ive been having an issue for several weeks now where windows will not allow programs to launch web based items, ie: Acrobat opening links in Pdf's, Any program trying to open help tabs or 'about' pages, Loader screens for games not allowing to open website links for accounts, forums, downloads etc...At the same time I noticed my menu's in all programs also changed the manner in which they opened- they cascade to the farthest left alignment instead of classic right side orientation- this applies to the desktop right click as well.At first I ignored these as they were only annoying and I thought they would resolve themselves thru future updates- not the case.
I have a system with a lite version Windows 7 ultimate. From the lite version the remote desktop connection terminal client was remove. There is any way to install it now?
