Unable To Send Or Receive Emails From Home - Windows Live

I am trying to trouble shoot my boss' laptop. We have tried to set him up on Windows Live to use while he is at home and on the road. We have a server and it is setup/configured on his laptop correctly as it works EVERYWHERE else besides his home. I am guessing it is a Firewall or Router Setting issue. Since I don't go to his home, I am unable to trouble shoot it there - His family has an IPAD an ITOUUCH a personal computer and another laptop and they all send and receive mail fine. It is just my boss' laptop - Windows 7 - Home Edition - 64bit - Dell. Thinking maybe I need to change the port # in the settings on Microsoft Live. BTW - we do have him set up to use the Exchange by logging into our IP - but he just cannot seem to get the hang of doing that - even though i have everything shortcutted and instructions on the desktop...Also have had him just use Log Me In - and he doesn't like the small screen..

I recently arrived in Florida for the winter and my WLM will not send emails. The settings are correct since less than a week ago I was in Missouri and it was working fine. I can receive mail but not send.

My live mail won't send mail at all. I tried to respond to bad spam...locked up. It says:

I've been having problems with Windows Live Mail for the last few days. I keep getting the following message whenever I try to send and receive emails.Unable to send or receive messages for the Att (rickhoge) account. An incorrect password was entered. Beginning yesterday, I can no longer connect to my msn account via WLM. If I go directly through hotmail, I can sign in and all is well. I tried reconfiguring my WLM for the msn account, but that didn't work.Here's the error message I get:Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (xxxxxxxx) account. we were unable to sign you in to Windows Live ID at this time. I have set up my wife's email account (TWC Roadrunner address) with Live Mail on our new Win 7 32-bit machine. It is receiving mail fine, but will not send. The attempted sent messages do not appear in the sent or outbox folders, but when I close the program I am asked if I want to send the unsent items. When I click on yes I get the following error message.

Installed Windows 7 Service Pack 1 yesterday. Today, Windows Live Mail is asking for my username and password for my Comcast mail account. The name & password provided are correct. When I OK, the box just keeps reappearing. When I cancel, error message states a wrong password was provided. I am using Firefox as my browser. When I try to open my Comcast mail from the Comcast site, it times out. I AM able to send emails from Live Mail...

HI'm using windows 7 home premium,I have a samsung ML 1660 laser printer installed and set as default.Now over the last day or two I'm unable to print out my emails from Windows live mail,Its been working well.Did a system restore to try a fix also tried microsoft Mr Fixit but no luck. Also when I look in devices and printers folder it shows up the printer with a tick showing default,Then beside that there is a greyed out printer of the same with 'copy 1' underneath it. I have just started using Windows Live Mail a few weeks ago. I sent a mass email out to a bunch of people regarding a club event. A message pops up saying: The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for 'email address', please contact your email service provider. Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC79 Now every time I exit Windows Live it says you have unsent messages in your inbox, do you want to send them now? When I push yes, the same message as above comes up. And when I exit the program and restart it, I cannot send emails but I can recieve them.

I am unable to send pictures or documents in Windows Live Mail. I can select to pictures and select e-mail. I get the dialog box but when I hit add it just goes blank. Windows Live Mail is my default e-mail program. I am running windows 7, 64 bit.

New HP computer ( Japanese operating system ) . My Japanese wife setup the email . We discovered yesterday that she goofed when she entered the server address for outgoing mail , so I can only receive mails . Can't figure out how to correct this problem . It's Sat. here in Japan so no support available today from MS . Anybody know how I can go about correcting the trouble ?

After pressing "send/receive" pretty often my Outlook 2010 stops responding, blue ring is spinning and if I click anyplace I'm getting "fog" over screen. When I want to close program, Outlook offers to find fix or restart or shut off, if I choose fix it is searching and after while is restarting program. I have talked to Microsoft techs, they checked, everything was fine, and suggested to restart Outlook if it will happen again. I do not think this is the way how Outlook 2010 should work.

Suddenly I cannot send or receive mail with Outlook or Live Mail.
Account seetings are ok.My laptop has the same settings
and no problems.
With outlook I get error 0X800421008 and...9
With Live mail: 0x800CCC0E
Have Zonealarm and NOD32. Disabling does not help.
I installed Win 7 yesterday and at first I could send and receive.
