I have been getting random bsod errors and even the minidumps are not being created errors are not the same each time sometimes it is IRQL_not_less_or_equal and sometimes it is kernel_data_in_page error

i am getting random bsod's lately. pc worked fine then 1 time i got a bsod and since that i keep getting them randomly. i installed a fresh window version but i stil get those bsod's . i think it could have to do something with memory orso . but since im getting diferent error codes im not sure what it can be. the errors apear mostly at or right after startup. and sometimes just when the pc is on for some time . i attached the file requested and hope that someone here knows where i should look for to fix this.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI have been getting what appears to be random BSOD. However, most times it has been whilst using IE Explorer (ver 8.0 ). I have an Asus G53SW Win 7 64bit 16Gb RAM. All updates have been installed and I believe all drivers are latest version. About 3 weeks ago the HDD had bad sectors and I had it replaced. I had a Crucial M4 128Gb SSD installed and an additional 8Gb of memory. I have run memtest (8 passes) and there were no errors. I have run HD Pro and there are no errors on the HDD. Attached herewith dump files and event logs. I have also attached a sys info file.

I was watching a video once with headphones on and heard a loud noise then freeze.I at first thought it was just one of my hard drives dying because I had similar symptoms before I removed it. But, the fact that the crashes are happening more frequently without accessing the questionable e: has me stumped.Then I figured maybe it was the overclock I did in my bios. But, restoring it to normal has had little effect on the performance of my machine.I have run and run on an almost daily basis the following: All updated daily or when available.

I get BSOD everytime I play Battlefield 3 and it is only in this game I get it. I ran furmark for 2 hours without any problems and I ran memtest over night 11 passes no errors. I thought it was driver related so I reinstalled windows 7 but problem still occoured. The bluescreen can happen within the 5 first minutes or 2-3 hours its all random. Most of the times the screen just turn black and I have to manually reboot the computer and sometimes I see a bluescreen.

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy computer has had problems starting up. On some occasions, I will get to the Welcome screen, and it will just sit there as long as I keep the computer on. Sometimes, it will get past the Welcome screen only to get to a black screen with no desktop or toolbar. To get it to work, I have to start the computer in safe mode and then restart it. I thought it was a virus, so I did a scan with my antivirus (Avast) but it did not detect anything.

my windows 7 system I use for music production randomly freezes. I was looking in the Computer Management Event Viewer and there are ALOT of MOUCLASS error references and also some windows update failures. Could this be causing the random freezes? Also, the system freezes on boot up and I have to reboot then it works fine for a while, but freezes again intermittently. I dont connect this system to the internet except for windows updates and DAW updates.

Now today, the other crashes started, with the first happening out of nowhere, the second happening upon starting a video game. I've been without crashes for a while now, only having used my browser(Opera) and copying some files to an external hard drive. As well as the SF tool.I only have 2 dump files available. View 6 Replies View RelatedI am currently using windows 7 ultimate x64. I was in the middle of a process restoring my computer to a few days back and suddenly it froze. I did a power shut down and when I turned it back on, I wasn't able to get back into windows. I was brought to startup repair and it gave me errors. 'Boot manager failed to find OS loader'. There was options for restoring, but all my restore points were gone. Recovery wasn't able to find image backup.
"Startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically". I was told to go into safe mode to restore, but whenever I enter safe mode, startup repair would take over and shows the same errors, also I read a tutorial using a repair disc ( made a copy of it on someone elses ultimate x64 computer) and I get the 0x00000e9 error if i boot from disc. What can I do? As of now I don't have the installation disc with me. I wont be able to get hold of it until tomorrow. There's a lot of important files in that hard drive and I really cant lose any.
This is a new pc build using various parts we have accumulated. When using Internet Explorer I get app crashes. I have been playing DC Universe Online and get random app crash, display drivers stop responding, apphangB1, I also lose monitor signal. Here is a list of fixes we have tried already:
-We have disabled internet explorer add ons and even tried disabling IE completely, to no avail
-We have swapped out the 5770 for an 8800 GTX that we know works, same problem
-We have the latest BIOS/drivers
-We have run SpeedFan, CPU temp 41C
-We have run Memtest for both sticks of RAM at the same time in slots 1 and 3 and there was an error, so we tried to isolate the bad RAM by testing invidivual sticks in slot 3 - no errors on either stick? therefore, we put the sticks in slots 3 and 4, assuming there may be a problem with slot 1 - worked ok for a couple of hours, then game crashes and black screen with sound requiring reboot. Monitor is fine, as it works on my BF's pc with no problems.
-We have tried a couple of installs of Windows 7
-We have run chkdsk - no errors.The BIOS is running on default, nothing overclocked - we have used the correct timings for the RAM and autotimed them, same problem
We are currently not using an antivirus because we did not want to add more problems, but we will get AVAST.My BF has given up now, as there is nothing else he can think of to try. I feel we are so close to resolving the issue, as it did run fine for a while, but then a bunch of errors all at once. If it helps, here is a copy of the error log.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI reformatted my computer multiple times, yet my computer seems to BSOD randomly.What happenes is that everything becomes unresponsive; cant alt+tab, cant ctrl+alt+del etc etc. everything freezes randomly... then boom, BSOD. its happened twice, with no apparent pattern.And then, when it restarts, it tries booting but then it goes into the boot selection screen and my SSD is nowhere to be found. I have to power off then power on again for it to boot up and log in.

A couple weeks ago I started having random BSOD and restarts, I have researched several different solutions to no avail. At one point, I thought the problem was solved after restoring a restore point, however, the dreaded BSOD is back after a couple of days.
- Restored the earliest restore point
- Ran chkdsk with no errors
- Ran full scan AV (just in case) using MSSE.
- Updated all Windows and drivers updates.
I believe this is related to a driver issue, however, I'm not sure which one.Attached is both the BSOD App and System Health data.

I started with Windows 7 Home Pr. last week, after using XP for about 6 years. I bought the new PC without a new graphic card and wanted to use my NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS until I have enough money to buy a new one. I use the PC only for the MS Flight Simulater X with 3 Monitors and the Matrox TripleHead2Go (Analog). The Screen is expanded over the 3 Monitors.First of all I mentioned, that there is no Driver from Matrox for Win7 matching with the TH2G, I got bad results in resolution and frames and so I tried different old Drivers from matrox and from NVIDIA (f.e. I tried Vista64-Driver).
No chance for better graphics, so I decided to buy a new card, the NVIDIA GTX460 2048MB. It works excellent with good resolution and frames, but now my problem starts.I have only installed the right driver from NVIDIA, no other one, but I didn't de-install any other.Now, when I fire up my PC, every day there is this damned Mini-Dump. Till now, only during starting, today first time during flying.After reboot the PC runs normal.I suppose it depends on my horrible trying with drivers, but I'm not sure how to delete or change which part.Hope you can see anything in the file, if there are more necessary questions,
Had a crash about 5 to 10 minutes after boot. How long does it take to collect the data for a minidump on a 600GB dual Core? In other words when after a crash , is it safe to turn ? I cannot locate the latest minidump!
View 1 Replies View Related[code] Now here is what has been going on since 26/05, While I was playing "World of Tanks" the game froze, sound was stuck and screen turned black with white stripes, I had to force a restart, the minidump was accusing a dll file of nvidia's which when I searched for on the internet it sounded like a random hiccup of Nvidia and it only happened once so I ignored it. But the game started crashing to the desktop since then but not very often, it never did that with my older pc, so I don't know if it's from the game side or my side.Yesterday around 8pm, I was about to transfer a 7gig folder from my main disk to the storage disk, as soon as I opened the partition that I was transfering to, I had a blue screen saying only "Unknown hard error", I force restarted and the MB resat the Bios and it restarted again and since then windows wouldn't boot, it kept asking for repair and during that repair it said "System was unable to boot" several times and after the many repair runs it kept saying it failed to fix the problem.Then I unplugged my storage HDDs and only left the system HDD, booted from windows 7 DVD and tried to repair but still said it couldn't fix the problem, in the report it said there was a problem with ci.dll, so I started "command" tried these commands (bootrec.exe /fixboot, bootrec.exe /fixmbr, bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd) after that I restarted and windows booted perfectly, right after that I shut down the computer, plugged in the 2 other HDDs, windows booted perfectly then all of the sudden, the keyboard wasn't responding (not even it's leds were working) same thing with my mouse, I looked at the HDD led and it wasn't doing anything at all, no small flickers or anything, so I force restarted, it booted like normal, I started to transfer a folder to 1 of my storage HDDs, opened up firefox, it was acting really slow, everything I was doing on it was lagging although nothing was draining the CPU or ram or anything, opened few pages, when the transfer was about to finish, the pc restarted.
After the restart, the event log says "kernal power" event id 41, category 63 and it didn't give me any minidumps. Anyway I went to sleep around 3AM, left my downloads running and was hopping nothing would happen but something sure happened, the event log says at 4:30 AM "The Windows Modules Installer service entered the stopped state." then no new events till 6:45 AM which was a warning saying "TCP/IP has chosen to restrict the scale factor due to a network condition. This could be related to a problem in a network device and will cause degraded throughput." No other events till I had waken up at 10:37 and found the monitor turned off not responding, HDD led completely off, no flickers, basically nothing was responding.So here I'm don't know what the hell am I supposed to do, I have a decent knowledge regarding windows problems, but this problem is too open and wide, is it 1 of my hard disks? is it the lonely GPU I have right now? is it the ram? is it the CPU? I need some guidance on how to eliminate each of them.before the MB resat the Bios, the CPU was overclocked to 4.2GHz and I tested it many times and it was very stable, so when the system hanged after the boot problem was fixed, there was no overclocking involved, there was no heating issue, temps were normal, I have a 1000w plus gold certified PSU.
This started happening last night while i was playing Borderlands 2, it has happened at idle, playing just about any game in my library, during downloads and just browsing the web. I changed all of my accessible drivers, and it continued to happen, so i moved all of my personal files onto my external HDD. I re installed windows on my SSD (did not reformat) and reformatted my HDD. I re installed my drivers, re-enabled SLI and it ran fine for about an hour, just downloading WoW, and then happened again twice.

View 1 Replies View Relatedi've been having bsod on win 7 for over a week, i have had these problems previously, win 7 32bit to 64bit reinstall worked last time. this time i have tried installing win 8 pro 64bit to separate ssd drive. clean install, also having similar issues. i've started debugging some of the dumps. a few have pointed to avg and the gpu. i uninstalled avg and used driver sweeper to remove video, sound and ethernet drivers. this had only made the bsod take slightly longer to happen. sometimes the are happen under load (utorrent and playing bangbang racing), other time just Internet, and even while idle(just utorrent). i have stress tested the gpu, cpu, and run check on ram and hdd. i am leaning to faulty motherboard but i don't want to fork out for a new one until i cam be 100%.

I have updated my graphics card and bios.I have tried both ram sticks in individually into the first slot, so unless both ram sticks went bad at the exact same time, they should be ok. I did try to run memtest overnight, but upon waking i found that the pc had restarted.I have cleaned out the pc of dust, and the heat seems fine on cpu, gpu, and mobo.I have run a full av scan with malware bytes and cleared up registry and temp files with ccleaner.

My system had been very slow and hanging for a while now, so i decided to to check for errors in my drive C. Since then anytime i put on system it show the BSOD at approximately 3 minutes after booting. Currently my system only works fine in safe mode.
