My printer is a HP Deskjet F4400 series, bought it March of 2010, and lately it has been making noises. It only happens when I turn it on or when I start printing. The best way to describe it is it is like a loud rattling sound. It lasts only 2-3 seconds, and it's not heard of again until I do another printing, or if I turn it off and then it it on again. It doesn't affect the prints I make, and I checked inside I don't know if anything is wrong inside (I wouldn't know anyways given my lack of knowledge), it's just this loud sound that lasts a couple of seconds. Is there a way to check it on my control panel or something?
Ive been with this problem for a while, my computer freeze and the speakers start making weird noises. I have a log of the error but I dont know how log things work, this one is from the security tab
I'm having a really bothersome problem here, my computer is shutting down sometimes or either freezing and making weirds noises where i can't move even the mouse and i need to hard boot.
This freezes only happens when i turn on the computer for the firsts time of the day, it happens like 5-10 times and then he starts working correctly for the rest of the day, i don't have a clue what is happening, do i need to format my computer?
So today my laptop started to freeze ALOT and a error message saying windows is not reaping keeps coming. So I restart my laptop and then it does same thing again I press Ctrl alt del and then three Louis beeping noises come all the same length like beep beep beep?
I just rebooted and when it was on my desktop it froze and a windows error message came up saying windows is not responding and it Ives me two options 1.end windows or 2. Wait for it to respond I clicked 2 and it turned to a grey screen and after 15 mins it came back to life.
This problem occurred to me recently, as everytime i boot up my computer, the CPU fan makes a very loud noise and i can see the motherboard having a LED blinking orange. It's gone after a restart of the computer.
My microphone keeps picking up background noises, like me breathing, my mouse and keyboard clicks. I've tried lowering ALL of the microphone "Levels" in recording settings to 0 and plugged my mic into different USB ports and I'm still getting noises, which doesnt make any sense to me.
I'm using Windows Home Premium, the Logitech New Clearchat Comfort headset/mic and the soundcard is listed as USB Audio Device (associated with the headset I'm assuming..)
I just got a new laptop DELL INSPIRON 15R N5110 (i3 processor, 3GB ram, 500 GB hard disk) 2 days back... Suddenly the system started lagging and it hanged last day... When i tried 2 restart, it said there is an error in loading d hard disk... It asked me 2 boot several times... The laptop now have started making clicking noises. When i play games or hd songs i can hear faint buzz from my gpu....when i play 720p or 1080p songs i cant hear with speakers on..when i put ear on gpu it is like electric buzz(chir chir like) but from distance it is hummmm....it also happens when playing games....but speed(frequncy) changes....i watched in ccc that at playing songs my gpu clock and memory clock rise to full but activity is near 20-25%....is this normal?
I have these annoying noises(scrathes) on my speakers, only during startup and shutdown. All windows sounds are disabled but i still get them (noises) everytime i boot or close the machine.Have this case over a year without any probs. It all began by changing motherboard and processor a couple of weeks ago.Same PSU,same cables to speakers ,monitor, power cords.
i have recently having theese issues:My computer makes a buzzing noise and freezes for 2-3 seconds.I realy dont have any idea of why it would happen and i am very opened to advises and if needed ill put my hardwere set up on the post but dont think there will be needed as i think is softwere related as it happened after i done a C disk cleanup.
A friend of mine re-installed his Windows 7 64 bit several weeks ago. Now, everytime he plays some music on the WMP or watch videoclip on the popular video websites, or either watching a movie on KMPlayer there are some noises every with interval 3~7s and duration no more than 1s, from what he told me they sound like scratching or something. He doesn't experience any problems while playing games.
He is using Windows 7 SP1/64bit, GeForge 9800GT/GTX 4 gigabytes of ram and core2quad intel processor.
Couple of days ago he installed VirtualBox to test 1 program compability on XP, when the windows got installed he went to watch a video while drivers are installing and noticed that the problem was gone. Though, if the virtual machine is offline the problem persists, while if its in it's gone. I can't really explain that thing to myself, my brain can't perform such a process. It's like something happening on Jupiter to influence the size of my d...Things done so far: Re-installed the newest drivers several times, tried with couple packets of older drivers, re-installing of old/new video drivers, older versions than DX11, removing all the drivers completely, no change. he recorded 1 minute of the video he was watching with Bandicam, he said he heard the sounds 15~20 times in that 1min of video, I didn't heard anything other than the video sound.
*Re-installing/changing the OS is not an option, as he will have a lot of important data loss.
*He won't pay 35EU for new sound card just because of some assumptions, while it was perfectly fine 30 minutes before he re-installed, nor I will advise him to do so.
I dual boot windows 7 and vista on my rf1 asus tablet, but when ever i use windows7 for a while my tablet heats up and starts going wild. On windows vista however it runs ok. (just a bit slow)
Any ways i can fix this or does anyone know an email of Microsoft ? I can hear the laptop from another room, thats how loud it is when running on 7+It smells like heat.
Upon Windows startup, I hear music/noise/interviews (Sometimes two completely different sounds at the same time) Under the title "Windows Media Center Diagnostic" in the mixer.Just wandering how to get rid of it. It's getting increasingly annoying. I listen to music through the Line-in which is why the levels are the same as the "Windows Media Center Diagnostic".
Randomly around 9pm or 10pm at night I would hear a series of clicking into folders sound, you know that sound windows makes when you open a folder? It's that sound.Nothing is moving on my computer. I just hear that folder opening sound sometimes. It's not just 1 click. It's a series of 5-6 clicks, with pauses in between each click. so it actually sounds like someone is going through files.Does anyone know what could be wrong? I ran a full slow check with AVG and it found nothing.
For the last week or so, I have been unable to watch Netflix videos without constant freezing and the sound popping and buzzing (after a minute or two it continues playing). I'm not sure whether or not this started before or after I uninstalled/reinstalled my internet drivers, (midterms stopped my video viewing cold) but they shouldn't be related, should they? Sometimes after this error, I get a popup message that says my NVIDA graphics card stopped working. (I havent been able to capture the exact wording.) I was going to try un/reinstalling the graphics card, but when I went to, I found I wasn't sure what to do. Do I do it to "NVIDIA GeForce G210M" under display adapters, or "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" under Sound, video and game controllers. In addition, "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" is actually listed 4 times in my device manager. Which one do I uninstall? Each one says that the best driver is already installed.
My laptop [Toshiba Satellite A305-S6905 (got it in 2007)] has been just recently, as in about a week ago, been constantly booting to the Boot Manager upon startup (actually, it literally started happening after I (thought) I removed a virus/trojan/malware from that cursed Farmville on FB spam). It's never done this before. I now have to select "Windows 7 Professional (Recovered)" even though it's the only option there. This laptop was upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 about 1.5 years ago. I understand from some other posts I've read that the Boot Manager popping up is supposedly a "good thing",. A lso about a week ago, I've noticed continuous beeping noises after I select the OS from the Boot Manager and am taken to the "Starting Windows" screen. There are no pauses, there are no short/long beep combos..it's simply continuous beep, beep, beeps and they're never ending until I power off the laptop. Again, none of this started happening until a week ago, and up until then, everything was fine.I've cleaned out the fan units with compressed air, and any dirt/dust. I've been told to try to use an Ultimate Boot CD, but for some reason, my laptop won't boot from a CD (again, something I've never had an issue with before this).I've tried to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic and upon the automatic restarting,I get a black screen and the same loud beeping--no boot manager, no "Starting Windows"..just black screen and beeping.
I recently came home to my computer after a 7 month break. I had to update a lot of things like drivers, programs, etc which went very well and I believe that all of my drivers are up to date. The problem that is occurring is that occasionally my computer will freeze for about a second and then a robotic buzzing noise will play through my headphones. I am not really sure what to think of this and I've looked for quite awhile on Google. The main answer that keeps appearing is that I should clean my computer out because it may be dusty. The problem with this is that I have no idea how I would safely clean the inside of my computer.

I should also mention that my computer has Blue Screened once since I turned it back on a few days ago.
a crash occurred while i was playing skyrim, when i am in open world scree goes black within few minutes and weird noises start coming.Same thing happened while i was playing eflc.

i'm using the onboard sound card for my Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0 mobo. The sound chipset is Realtek ALC889. I've updated the latest drivers, but there is crackling/static noise when I play music.Currently I mainly use a 2.1 speaker system. But Ive tried testing it with headphones the static/crackling noises persists. It is not constant, but it shows up periodically. Furthermore, when there is no music/sound playing the noise is not there. This leads me to believe its a hardware/driver issue and not so much a speaker/interference issue.
I as far as I can remember have never had this loud noose before, but lately for a month or so? Ish? I've been having a series of loud noises from my pc, so loud that I can hear it even when playing BF3 with a headset! And so violent at times I can feel the keyboard vibrating lightly, and if I touch the PC it is vibrating decently softly.I may be wrong but it seems it started after BF3, and thought it might be the fan or my PC really struggling with the game, but it does it even when I'm not playing. It's sometimes just a softer sound, then will accelerate to a "burr, burr, burr" then go full auto into "brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" occasionally very loud. So here's the REALLY scary part: while playing Skyrim a very weird thing happened: it stopped. The sound of the game looped into a "drrrrrrrrrr" and I had to hold down the off button. Nothing else did anything. I rebooted and tested it again...sure enough: 30 seconds in I had to do the same thing. I gave it one last chance and decided I would try to discern if it did anything else notable, but the third time it was fine. I left the game open a while to see if it'd do it again, but it didn't.So I'm scared. WTH is wrong with my PC? BTW it is kinda low on disc space...if that matters. Also the disc options are gone when I click on documents under the c drive and stuff...then again I had installed virtual drives..
I have volume set around 8% and for some reason it is way louder than on Vista. On Vista I usually have it around 22% when I use headphones. On Windows 7 RC it's extreme loud when I set it to 22%. Anyway to fix this? I tried everything in the sound properties.
I have a Gateway GM5632e desktop. I replaced the Q6600 to a Q9650 CPU and now my heatsink and fan is running super fast and loud even though the temps stay in the 40 degree range. I checked into the BIOS and I'm not seeing anything to change it besides a few very unclear options that I've tried and has done nothing. The BIOS are Intel and the motherboard is a DG33SXG2.
I was watching a movie on my computer and I couldn't hear the voices but the music was loud and the volume was all the way up. Do you know how to make it louder so I can hear the voices?
today i turned my pc on but got nothing on my moniter tried switching it of and on a number of times, then pulled the main socket from the back then put it back and the pc came on instead of turning the pc of i logged of when i tried logging back on their was this loud ringing noise so i turned it of then went threw the process of unpugging from the mains and re plugging many times
As of just lately my volume on speakers,[ free standing ] has diminished by about 65%. How do I make them louder as the volume knob is as high as it will go.
I left my computer on overnight, and when I just returned to it I discovered that it had shut down, and when I started it up, I was informed that Windows had just recovered from an unexpected shut down. Though I guess I should mention that the other night, even though I was not doing anything on my computer, a fan was working really hard (loudly), so I just shut it the PC down. I'm thinking it could be overheating, but it is currently quite cold where I am, so it doesn't really make much sense. Here's the details of the error

I want to read and record stories for my grandchildren to put on cd for Christmas. WHen I use the wondows 7 sound recorder, I sound so far away. I have tried to use a gaming headset with a microphone also but still, it's barely audible.. How I can make this recording clear, and loud?
