When ever I try to install mech commander gold there's a pop up said: Unsupported 16-Bit Application. The program or feature "/??/C:/Users/Nuttawet/Desktop/MCG/setup/setup.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

When ever I try to install mech commander gold there's a pop up said: C:/Users/Nuttawet/Desktop/MCG/SETUP/SETUP.EXE The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

Running 3TB Mech HDD Behind The New SSD?

I just completed a new HTPC build. I was able to install the Corsair Neutron GTX SSD just fine and loaded Windows on it no problem so everything is peaches and cream. Since I am only planning on running the OS and programs from the SSD I bought a 3TB mech HDD that I plan to rip movies to and store all my media etc. I bought the Seagate Barracuda ST3000DM001. After reading on the web I realized the way to utilize the full 3TB of the drive was to format it as a GTP drive. This worked just fine and now Windows can see the full 3TB but the problem is that now the system is getting confused between the SSD and the mech HDD. What I mean by that is that every time I restart the system it goes to the black screen with the blinking cursor because the system is trying to boot from the Seagate vs. the Corsair Neutron.

I can't tell you how many times I have went into the BIOS and made sure that the the ONLY boot option available is the SSD, I have tried making it the number 1 option with the other hard drive as number 2 etc...etc...I have tried every configuration and no matter what I do it tries to revert back to the Seagate as the number 1 boot option. Also even when I have the OS booted up on the SSD it runs slowly and gets hung up and applications don't respond. The minute I take the mech HDD out everything runs smoothly again.

Run From Solid State Store On Mech Drive?

I am going to build a system (actually many of them) I would like to have two drives in this system. one a very fast reasonably large (100 gig) plus VERY fast solid state hard drive and the other a very fast and very large (10 or 2 Teri) mechanical drive. My question is how do I setup the prefetch or cache or whatever to run the operating system and my recent history of programs off of the solid state and have the mechanical drive there with everything on it in case I choose to something new into the recent history list by running some program once. also have oldest bumped off solid state, when space becomes an issue, but still keep it on mechanical hard drive. I think that this system will appear to run faster except the first time you run a program. I think this would be useful for instance on a system that plays the same online game everyday. Or works with the same complicated drawing in auto-cad for weeks. I have my own ideas about how to do this, but I thought I might throw this out there to what it sounds like when it hits the wall.

After spending an entire day searching for a solution, I discovered that it was a common Dazle 100 problem with Windows 7, and we gave up and decided to purchase an Avermedia DVD Ezmaker Gold, which is listed on windows compatibility checklist as compatible with Windows 7 64 bit. The product arrived in the mail, and after first being connected, gave a "driver error" message.When the drivers finally installed, attempts to use the product are met with no video or audio feed by the program that came with it, and a "check to see that its working properly and not in use" and "parameter is incorrect" error on third party software. A driver check from the computer manufacturers site says all the drivers are up to date.

how can I play a video in jet audio (or any other media program) on one monitor while I play a fullscreen game on the other. I can get it to work with streams off of website like own3d.tv and twitch.tv, and I can even run the streams in full screen. However when I try to run a movie through jet audio or even just play music through zune player, they freeze up. The audio will still come through, but either the picture is frozen in place or the zune player seems to get frozen.

I selected my Line 6 soundcard, and eversince, with or without (Realtek), Line 6 **** uninstalled, K-Lite codec, Windows 7 codec pack..... it doesnt matter, because eversince WMP refuses my .MP3's.Some files play wihtout sound, some give an error like 'theres a problem playing these files'.
