I re-installed Windows 7 from (C: ) to (D: ) and it had left program files, program files (x86), and windows. I was able to find a command prompt that changed the ownership of the files and allowed me to delete the proram files but it will not work on the windows folder

Twice data from a copy appeared in an excel spreadsheet and once a picture copied in facebook appeared in an email. The excel problem is very worrysome as it is our family budget. how this could happen? In the case of the excel events no paste operation was intentionally done.

I had to do a Windows repair install on my desktop. All files are still intact; however, Outlook 2010 is asking to set up from scratch. I have the old .pst file. How do I go about setting up Outlook to use the saved .pst without creating a new one? I have searched online but have had no luck. While the old computer was being reset, I installed Outlook onto laptop and could merge the old and new .pst files but the calendars, contacts, and rules did not migrate over. I would like to avoid this problem on the desktop computer.

Throughout the movie playback my PC lagged like it was 50 years old and the movie kept getting stuck at times. Now when I attempt to delete the movie file, it says recycling but it never goes any further on the green progress bar. I have gone into safe mode and tried deleting it, same issue, it gets stuck there. I have played other 1080p files bigger than 8GB and they have run with no issues at all, so this file is just weird and corrupted. And now it won't get deleted I tried using file shredder and THAT also got stuck and went nowhere. I tried cut/paste the file into another external HDD and that also got stuck. But I know I run Command Prompt, but when I type in the file name, it says, it cannot be found. The harder problem is that I don't think Command Prompt recognizes the name...it's:

Which is why I cannot delete them through Command Prompt...I deleted others no problem as they have "regular" names...
I attached a file to an e-mail then sent via Windows Live Mail. It sent fine. Then I tried to delete the file but I get the message. "The action cannot be completed because the file is open in Windows Live Mail."

Hey, I'm wondering if someone could tell me what bootsqm.dat is? I mean considering it has boot in the name I'm assuming it boots something, and it's coming up as clean so I really don't care, but I'm a little curious about if this is something normal. The reaon I'm wondering is because I figure if it was an adobe file or a system file, it would be in a folder wouldnt it?
It's just sitting there on my local drive (c:) without even being in a folder... Kinda bugs me. I think it may be on my xp as well... not sure.
