Send Emails, Windows Security Pop Up

I have recently set up a new windows mail account and have spoken to my ISP and have upgraded account to now send emails. However, now when I try and send emails a different message comes up which is: Please verify that both username and password are correct for your mail server. So I put in the details, but it does not go anywhere, just keeps popping up with this message again. All I can think of is that I have forgotton which username and password are associated with this - how do I go about finding this out, or changing this?

I recently activated Windows email and imported my emails from Tiscali. I have checked 'my server requires authentication', and received the following error message: An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'pop.tiscali.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Sorry, your non-local IP address **** is not allowed to send email via me.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F
I then changed the outgoing server as my ISP is currently BT and this is what theeir website says. When I try to send emails then, I get the windows security logon. When I enter my username and password, it just keeps reappearing as if I have entered it incorrectly. I have rechecked the details in properties and I am entering them correctly. When I cancel the logon screen, I get a blank error.

I decided to try and set up Windows Mail on my laptop for my "ntlworld" (which is my ISP although it is now Virgin Media) email accounts; which seemed to have worked as it received all my emails. Although I have discovered when I have tried to send an email it wont, generating this error:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'pop3.ntlworld.com', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 aamtaout01-winn.ispmail.ntl.com connection refused from [86.140.250.111]', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67
One thing I would say is I am acctually away from home at the moment, so I am using internet in another house which is provided by a different ISP - could this be the problem as I have used Outlook Express on my PC at home for these same accounts and have had no problems.

This is the error message I get when I try to send emails. Up until a couple
of days ago I have been able so send emails fine but now it has stopped
working. Any idea of how I can fix this and send emails again?

All of a sudden I am unable to send or receive emails using Windows Mail which I have been using for years. The error message is "Socket Error 10061 and Error 0x800CCC0E. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I have 2 seperate email accounts both on windows mail - for some reason I cant send mail - I've checked all the details from my service provider and can see no reason for it not to be working. The error message I get is this

I have moved to malta from scotland. Since moving I am unable to send emails with windows mail. I can receive ok. I use lineone.net to receive. I think the problem may lie in changimg my internet provider which is Melita. so should my incoming read lineone and the outgoing be the melita network which I think is onvol. My computer skills are basic so easy answers please. I have to use tiscali all the time but it takes longer to read my mail because of all the adverst etc downloaded along with the mail. Windows is obviously quicker if only I could send them.

Have my own domain and can't send emails to my 2nd user account or to myself using Windows Mail. Added my domain to the safe senders list but it still just black-holes. No errors ion the log, nothing indicating there is a problem. If I use another client the mail goes thru just fine.
