Apr 1, 2010Whenever i restart my computer there a error popp in up about error 302(see the image)and im not really good with comp error and im afraid to touch anything on the hijack list.

Error Pops Up On BSOD
Oct 13, 2007Okay, here is my story. Around early august, I built a new gaming rig pretty much all by myself. All the parts cost nearly $800. But another guy did a few things for me, and set up the BIOS.Anyway,I installed a bunch of drivers on some cd's I had, and it looked like I was good to go. Anyway, from then to now, I have been through BSoD heck, among other problems.
The USB's killed 2 of my flash drives,and an ipod.I don't know how, but it defidenntly isn't a coincidence all of those things died.Anyway,I get BSoD's in the most random times,it happens a while I start my pc up. I can barely play games like Bioshock because of this problem.the error message that usually pops up on the BSoD is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Pops Up Error About 50 Times A Day
May 31, 2007About 2 weeks ago, my brother needed a program which i had on my computer and decided for us to share computers via wireless connection.Ever since then i keep on getting this error message, regardless if i am online or not, but it pops up about 50 times a day.Error 623 The System Could Not Find the Phone Book Entry for this Connection 1.how do i get rid of that error? 2.how do i UNSHARE the connection with my brothers computer?i am using win xp with sp2. and its a dell inspiron 600m.

Apr 1, 2007I was replying to an e-mail when a message something like 'Virtual memory exceeded,microsoft can fix this' came up. I believe I selected a 'go ahead' button and left it to fix the problem. When I came back sometime later the computer was not reacting to anything so I reset. The screen that shows my hardware etc came up and windows then started, however, when the start up appeared to have progressed to the stage where the screen goes blank and an arrow eventually appears it didn't! It went back to the screen that shows the hardware build and kept cycling in that mode.

error, tried that same thing so I shut down and when I turned back on it booted fine. I have since moved... just set up the system and am getting the same error except this time shutdown/restart isn't working ( The OTHER problem I realize is this... this is a tempory move! Most everything I own is in a storage unit, boxes to the back, furniture to the front and guess where my disks are? Right! I put printer, shredder, disks, everything I didn't just HAVE to have in the storage unit.

Aug 16, 2005I hope some one out there able to help me. Everytime i run program, an error pops up>> ___.exe has generated some errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is created.

Mar 2, 2006I've seen a few threads about this but they're all kind of different or whatnot. My computer (three times tonight alone!) has just randomly re-started while I'm in the middle of work. When it comes back, it tells me that the system just recovered from a series error. When I report it, I'm taken to a Microsoft page about Windows Service Pack 2 and updating my driver. I've checked and I have SP2 and when I try to update the driver it tells me they couldn't find a better match than what I'm already using.
I've checked System Information and automatic restart isn't even checked yet this has happened a lot. Like I said, three times tonight it's happened. I've run my virus scanner, I've run Ad-aware SE Personal, SpySweeper, and Spybot and anything that comes back and is quarantined or deleted hasn't fixed the problem.
Cannot Restart - Gives A Disk Error At Booting
Oct 28, 2009The pc normally runs when i open for the first time and when i restart it shows "a disk read error press ctrl + alt +del to restart " at booting and when i do the same it shows me the same error again... i have to power off whole my system and then have to on it again... cannot restart.. please help ...
and also i am not getting the dvd drive option shown at the selection of boot, means at 'to boot from where' ... instead it shows the cd drive which is not connected.

Jul 28, 2009Getting an error message that goes STOP: 0x0000008E. Everytime i try to shut down or restart. I was also getting alot of Buffer Overflow Blocked warnings from mcafee before i uninstalled and used SpyBot Search And Destroy which has cleaned a couple trojans off of my comp that mcafee did not find.? Also everytime i open a program or even I.E. A seperate window opens up thats all text, And if i close that window the whole program closes.

Aug 17, 2009My computer has recently started giving me an error message that says "A disk read error occurred. Press CTRL-ALT-DEL to restart." during startup. The first time this came up I took it into the repair shop the morning after. They turned the computer on, it started normally, and after keeping it overnight they returned it to me saying that they could find nothing wrong with it.It worked normally for about 2 days after that and then when I was using it the system suddenly became unresponsive. I was forced to turn it off via the button on the front of my tower, and when I turned it back on the disk read error message came back up.
The next morning when I turned it on it was fine.

Jan 4, 2008So i'm getting this error msg when I boot up Windows XP.Disc Read Error Press CTRL-ALT-DEL to restart. I do it but then it just comes up with that screen again.I have tried countless of times but it doesn't want to seem to work.This started happening after a game crash. Of artifacting and overheating and all that. So right now i'm using Ubuntu but it sucks. I hate it. I'm getting artifacts all over the screen. It's driving me insane. I can't seem to go into Windows Safe Mode either like trying to press F8 and all that. Otherwise, I would have tried to do a System Restore.

It finds all my drives and then goes to a screen displaying "a disc read error has occured. Press control, alt, delete to restart." On restart, I receive the same message. I have tried checkdisc, fix boot and fix master boot record in the recovery console on my cd but nothing works. Is this a problem with the hard drive or Windows? Any suggestions would be helpful. On Startup Box Pops Up
Dec 27, 2006On startup a box pops up and says that lass.exe has terminated unexpectedly and the system will be restarted in 60 seconds.It does this in normal mode and safe mode.I don't think there is any antivirus on the machine, as a brillant student uninstalled it because it was expired and she needed space for mp3s. Not good I know.This is a Dell Dimension 4500 with 128 meg of ram and WinXP home.
