I've performed an sfc/scannow with no errors. Nothing has really changed in my system recently except my vid card driver. I can't say that caused it, but I rolled it back just in case with no change.

(I've used this program for years with no problems and would really like to contiune using it.) After about 45 seconds of downtime, PC goes to sleep and requires a password when you wake it up. Wireless Wont Work When Power Turned On
Feb 27, 2012i have this problem where the wireless wont work after the power has been turned off and then back on. they use a power box for the main pc, modem and router and turn it off before they go to sleep to save on electricity costs. usually, my fix is to unplug the router, turn the modem off.. turn it back on and the router back on. from time to time the wireless will work after the power has been turned back on, but its either very slow or the connection goes in and out. i'm sick of having to reset everything before i want to use my laptop.

After several reinstallations of Windows 7 and Sony drivers, however, I have identified the pattern. When the laptop is on AC power, connectivity is not a problem. When I'm on battery power, however, the network adapters cease to work and actually completely disappear from Device Manager. The is true even when the battery is fully charged and everything else works normally.I have already tried going into all the power management settings for the laptop itself and for the network adapters and made sure that they are not being shut down when the laptop is running on battery power, and yet the problem persists.

Lately whenever i try to start my computer it pass the Dell Bios and then directly goes to the screen which states
Repair your system or Start windows normally When i chose repair system , it start downloading windows files and then launch the windows , but hung up at the sky blue login window with only movable cusor . When i choose to start windows normally it gives me BSOD momentarly ( hard to see the message) and then restarts again . i tried with the advanced boot up options like
repair my computer , all safe modes , restore to last good configuration but it does the same and hangs at windows loging sky blue window .I Tried to run the Dell PSA+ Diagnostic and it returns with 2000-0146 error . As per the Dell online solutions for this type of error ,I tried to reinstall the Hard disk but the problem still exist.

Nov 14, 2009I have an HP Pavilion DV6700. I am trying to get my Motorola S9 bluetooth headset to play audio. I just installed Windows 7 and the bluetooth drivers won't support audio. I tried to install that driver, but the installation stopped very early giving me a message saying it can't update my bluetooth device. All of my internet searching always leads me back to this being the only solution that is supposed to work.

Multiple Audio Output Selection And Bluetooth?
Sep 9, 2010I have a BLUEETOOTH dongle attached to each of my 3 systems. I use BLUETOOTH as my default audio device The sound quality is great.(Far better than that of a laptop.) I have a BLUETOOTH reciever attached to my stereo system, used for streaming PANDORA radio. I also have several other portable BLUETOOTH recievers, one of which I like to use outside on the deck. Why is it that WINDOWS 7 only allows 1 audio device to be used at a time. I would like to stream audio to multiple BLUETOOTH devices, but WINDOWS 7 does not allow that. When right clicking on the speaker icon to bring up "playback devices", only one device is allowed to be set as default! Also, if I want to pair with a second device, a pop up window tells me that I must first disconnect the device that is already paired, before I can pair a different device.

Nov 4, 2009Here's what you need to do for both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows 7 systems:
- Download the 'Windows Mobile Device Center' ( current version is 6.1 ) which you can download it from url...this works for both Vista and Windows 7. I've tried it on both.
- Install the downloaded software but it may not look like it worked on Windows 7 PCs. Vista automatically configures the settings on the bluetooth devices but for those who have Windows 7, here are the things you should do:
- Go to 'Device Manager' from 'Control Panel' -Or- just right-click on Computer Icon and choose 'Properties' and then click on 'Device Manager'.
- You'll see an 'Unknown Device' named 'Bluetooth Peripheral Device'
- Right-Click it and click on "Update Driver Software" -Or- anyway you find it easy to bring up the Update driver window.
- Click "Browse My Computer for Driver Software" button.
- Click "Let Me Pick from a List of Device Drivers on my computer".
- Select 'Bluetooth Radio' from the list if it asked you to select and then in the next window, it will show a list of drivers with Company Names in one list and Drivers in another. In the Company List choose 'Microsoft Corporation', not only Microsoft.
- From the drivers list there may be one or more drivers with the name "Windows Mobile-Based Device Support" with different driver versions. Select one or the latest.
- Ignore any warnings and keep pressing next and then Finish at last. If all goes well, the last screen will show the message that device driver is successfully installed.
Now, after manually updating the driver for your bluetooth device, in 'Device Manager' when you click on 'Bluetooth Radios', it should display one more item which will say 'Windows Mobile-based device support'.There are few more things that you want to pay attention to. If you have already added the device in your 'bluetooth device list' that didn't work, then remove the device and add it again. After you add it, you might need to restart the computer if it gave you a connection problem error message. Every PCs that had Windows 7 and Vista worked after installing this software and I hope it will work for you too.

Everything is ok but bluetooth does not work. When i press fn+f2 (in ASUS notebook) to switch WAN and Blutooth, but only WAN is showing, not bluetooth pop-up. Sep 15, 2009I'm using Windows 7 RC, and I just bought LG HBS-250 stereo Bluetooth headset. And I'm using kensington bluetooth dongle with windows 7 basic driver. My bluetooth hasn't given me any problem with syncing to my BlackBerry.
Now I want to use my headset to listen to music through audio streaming from my PC. First of all, the headset works perfectly with my BlackBerry.
But when I try to listen to music from PC, the music constantly stops just like I'm listening to streaming music with bad connection. (Buffering)
Funny thing is, when the headset is connected to BOTH BlackBerry and PC, then the music from PC plays flawlessly.
What should I do to correct this problem? I don't want to keep my BlackBerry's bluetooth on just for this .

Mar 11, 2011The problem appeared in two different laptops (Lenovo and Fujitsu). The bluetooth hardware is not visible in device manager anymore, but unrecognized device appeared. Driver reinstall doesn't help. Driver installation setup says there is no bluetooth hardware. PC Suite is installed , worked fine before.
