Jan 25, 2013My IE is freaking out. I use msn as my home page. The normal scrolling topics won't scroll or even show the buttons to make them scroll. When I try to go to hotmail, it tries to open the sign in page in another window but it opens to a blank page. Finally, when I tried to set up my account here it would not even show the "prove you're a human" script at the bottom. All of this works fine on FireFox.

Aug 30, 2012I have a laptop which is connected to an external monitor through a HDMI cable.Sometimes when I'm using the external monitor for watching a movie or playing a game I close the laptop lid. If I need to type for a second, when I open the laptop it automatically changes from the external display to the laptop display. This sometimes crashes certain applications and games. I would much prefer if it didn't automatically change my current screen when I plugged in a HDMI cable or when I opened the laptop lid. Is this possible?

This problem is related to 2 point that as i wrote that i am unable to upgrade drivers so i tried to find out drivers for Windows 7 32 bit on Dell site.But when i saw Dell site have drivers for only Windows 7 64bit.. So now what can i do? I can't install drivers and because of driver problems laptop is not working properly and i can't download drivers for Studio 1555 for windows 7 32 bit from site because it is not available.

Aug 8, 2011okay so i have kind of a huge problem. well not really i'm just being a bit dramatic. lol. i have recently gotten a new laptop (hp pavillion dv7-6157cl / windows 7 home premium) and since i set it up i have had a problem signing into facebook. the only time i was able to do so is the day i got it, when my sister installed some add-on but it stopped working less than an hour later. i am able to access the web page but am unable to sign in. at first, i would put in my information to log in and i would see a message saying i had to enable cookies.. so i did that and i still get that lovely message sometimes and i go to my internet options and the cookies are enabled. -_- but what i usually get now is "you must log on to see this page" after i attempt to log in.
i know my log in information is correct because i am able to log in on my android, so that is not the problem. also, i have restored the internet settings to how it originally was and nothing. another problem that i had, which i mention just in case there is some correlation to the problem at hand, is that i was having problems logging into my gmail and Internet account. the problem was that i was checking the box for "stay signed in." so when i didn't check that box i was able to sign into both. oh and i am trying to refrain from using any other web browsers because some have told me that it is easier to get viruses and that they cause unnecessary problems that may easily be avoided.

Dec 4, 2011I bought a floor model laptop that has an account called Kiosk on it. I created a new account and an admin account and deleted the Kiosk account. When windows 7 boots up the kiosk account pops up and attempts to log in. I have to switch users and manually enter the name of the new account. When I try to manage accounts the Kiosk account is nowhere to be found just the two accounts that I created.

He went through all my stuff, found nothing, and changed my password. I cracked my password and the admin account he created with his CD thing, and the 'delete account' option is not showing in the user control place. I am pretty experienced when it comes to computers and all of that stuff but this account will NOT delete. I've even created new accounts, added passwords, made them admins, and I can delete those accounts.
So his special little account is really bugging me and I am at my wits end of busting his computer just because he thinks its ok to go through and change my things.
