IE / MSN - Scroll Buttons Not Show On Homepage And Cannot Set Hotmail Account

My IE is freaking out. I use msn as my home page. The normal scrolling topics won't scroll or even show the buttons to make them scroll. When I try to go to hotmail, it tries to open the sign in page in another window but it opens to a blank page. Finally, when I tried to set up my account here it would not even show the "prove you're a human" script at the bottom. All of this works fine on FireFox.

I am running XP. My cursor freezes on the blue login page. I can get to start up options but I can't scroll to safe mode using the arrow keys. I do not have a start up disc and I live in a third world nation where I doubt the probability of finding one.

Error: 4102It completes the other 15 tasks correctly.My Hotmail seems to work fine in Outlook but for this error message. But I haven't sent any test messages from this account yet.

I was trying some stuff that other day and I made an account and made it administrator type and made another one with a standard user type, now the problem is I have hidden my administrator account and I can't bring back because I can't access nothing from this standard user account, everything that requires an administrator perdition just give me that message "DO YOU WANT TO ALLOW THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR COMPUTER" there is OK and cancel but I can't press OK, I tried changing the dword value to one But it says I am not permitted or something like that, I tried going through dos But i couldn't it says access denied.

I have a gateway m-6843 laptop that originally came with vista. It has a track pad, or whatever that thing on laptops is called. I installed windows 7. In both FF and IE when the cursor is NOT in the scroll area, it acts as though I am holding on to the scroll bar. So if I move my cursor down near the bottom of the main part of the browser page (again, outside of the scroll area) it acts as if I grabbed the scroll bar and flung it down. It is intermittent, but bad enough that doing anything online is almost impossible.

Recently I bought Toshiba Sattelite C670-1DJ and today I accidentally unplugged my AC cable. So I started it and it started computer with "Starting your computer for first use" or something like that.It logged in temporary Administrator account and when I tried to switch to my account, it wasn't there, however there is my folder in C:/users.I tried to reboot computer and edit registrs(I am a begginer in Windows, so i didn't try to do something extraordinary) but nothing help, i cannot log in my account.

My father's girlfriend is giving this Toshiba laptop to my father, and I'm charged with setting this up.Starting off, the only (non-Guest) account has been:

Administrator
I created:
[HisName]
Adminsitrator
So when you boot up Windows 7, it lands here:
[HerName] [HisName]
Administrator Adminstrator
1) To put [HisName] first, on the left?or better yet, 2) Remove [HerName] from the logon screen, keeping the account so it can be switched to?

When multiple accounts are added on Outlook 2010 and you create a new email, autocomplete in the 'to' field shows suggestions from every account. Is it possible to only show suggestions relevant to the account the email is being sent from.For example, if I had my personal account and a customer services account, when I go to send an email from my personal account, every email address who has ever communicated with the customer services account shows which is quite risky.

still using IE 8 because Zonealarm toolbar doesn't work on IE 9 as yet. Her Homepage msnine is suddenly, in the last 3 days, showing "italicized" writing in the news headlines. My msn9 homepage with IE 9 has the normal font. Can anyone inform me what has occurred and how to fix it?

Recently, my IE has changed to MSN.com and the IE pages are not full-page. I have go to IE Tools and Internet Options to change my homepage back several times, but this has not worked. Also, I have drug the pages to the bottom of the screen but each time I open IE the pages are not full-page. I think that I may have inherited some malware, but Malwarebyes and Spyware S&D have found nothing.
