How do I eliminate cookies from internet via Windows 7?

I can delete my cookies at the Browse History (Internet Options) but not all cookies are empty. Normally, when I empty/delete my cookies, I have to login again at websites again. At some websites I don't have to. Can anybody help me? I don't understand why...

I'm new to Windows 7 and currently am running 7 Pro on my PC although there are a lot of things that I do like about 7 there are a lot I don't. I tried to customize my PC with a paid version of WindowBlinds. It is a 7 theme and compatible but it still has some of the Aero items still attached (light blue shading on bars, highlights and the like).

I upgraded a Win7 Professional 64 bit system to Ultimate, then downloaded Language Packs in Chinese and Japanese. Now I am able to switch between Display Languages as expected. But after my last return from Japanese as Display Language to English, I find that Windows Explorer shows date information in Japanese, and IE uses Japanese as its language. Yet the Desktop icons have English legends, and the Start menu is in English. So there is a mixture of languages. Is there a way to eliminate Japanese completely? Should I uninstall the Language Packs?

I purchased Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit about a year ago and finally decided to install it on one of my systems. It installed without any problems however, when I tried to set it up for the classic view, (which is the way I like to see my files and folders,) I couldn't find the way to set the classic view up.Then, I tried to install files into a game I installed but Windows 7 would only let me install them alphabetically and I was not able to install them randomly.Is there a way, and how do I set Windows 7 up to look the way I want it too and install the files the way I want them to install?

Restore Point Did Not Eliminate Custom Icons

I tried out a custom theme yesterday and decided that it was too intrusive to my system overall. I had created a restore point to guard against this, but when I restored, I discovered there are still traces of the custom icon pack I installed using 7tsp on my desktop shortcuts as well as windows explorer. I understand without being in some sort of perfectly quiet environment/home studio, nothing can be perfect.That aside, I recently purchased a new USB condenser mic (cardoid) and it can pick up all sort of sounds from my keyboard typing, mouse clicks, and my PC fans. My PC is positioned about as far as it will go without pulling the plugs out. It might also be worth noting there are no speakers on my PC. I've also read there is supposed to be a Microphone Boost in my recording settings as well as a Microphone Enhancements tab? There never has been, on any mic I've used on my PC. And it's been suggested that this might be a possible fix, but I'm sort of doubtful on that.I've been thinking of investing in more audio equipment (shock mount, scissor arm, pop filter?) or perhaps returning it for a different mic altogether.

IE 9 Rejects Some Cookies

When trying to sign in to some of Yahoo's pages on my Win 7 computer with IE 9, I get the message that the cookie is rejected. Other site's cookies are accepted OK. accepting cookies and none seem to fix the problem. I have another Windows 7 computer with IE 9 and it accepts the yahoo cookies just fine, in fact the yahoo cookies show up in the temp file on this computer, but not the other. All the internet options settings are the same on both computers.

IE8 - Session Cookies Won't Delete

In IE8 on Windows 7, clearing cookies via Tools -> Internet Options -> Browsing History/Delete... only deletes cookies with expiration dates, leaving all session cookies (those that expire when the browser is closed). The only way I've found to delete the session cookies is to go through Developer Tools and select Cache -> Clear Session Cookies. So it's a 2-step process in completely different dialogues to clear all the cookies and get a clean slate. As a web developer this is extremely annoying. I understand there are some utilities out there for dealing with this like ccleaner.

Firefox Cookies Issue

I have a strange problem or rather a small nuisance with Firefox 3.0.13.

I first noticed this Firefox changed my SevenForums theme. I tried to change it back to my favorite "Seven Blue" theme. Page reloads, but theme does not change. Only theme I can use is SF default.

Now I noticed the same issue with a couple other websites where I want to make cookie based changes. Only way to do that is to clear all cookies always when launching Firefox. For example logging out from SF clears the SF cookies but it is not enough to solve my problem.

About same time my SevenForums gadget stopped refreshing. Now when I want to refresh SF gadget, I have to close and restart.

Even this is not a problem per se, it is annoying. If you have an idea, please let me know.
