View 2 RepliesWell, each movie *. Rmvb play in BSPlayer, WMP or Media Player Classic or other player it doesn't work, and movies *.Avi, *.Wmv, *.Mp4 or another format to work smoothly. We're writing what exactly it isn't working, the picture is, only the sound of creaking / hissing / buzzing and it didn't hear what they say in the film.I will add that player KMPlayer plays me every type of movie without crashing and dissonance, it is known, it has built its codecsI played in these video player in the movies in other formats and work, so there should be no problems with the player, perhaps the codecs, and something must change in ffdshow audio or somewhere else.I have the latest version of codecs K-Lite Codec Pack,

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.60GHz
2.00 GB RAM
32-bit Operating System
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
I understand 2.00 GB is not a good amount for Skyrim as it continuously lags and freezes. What I need to know is how much RAM and/or other parts could I upgrade to make it run nice and smoothly, with hardly any if not no lagg at all? Also my motherboard has 4 slots for RAM, would it be possible to run 8GB ram on a 32-bit system?
i have a pantium4 1.80GHz processor with 1gb ram. My laptop is not running hd and bluray videos smoothly..

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am building my first computer and was wondering how many GB of SSD I need to run windows 7 smoothly. I will only be running windows on it. [URL].
View 4 Replies View RelatedI shouldn't really be surprised but when I received my new laptop in the mail today, I had certain expectations. I've spent most of the day setting it up and getting things ready to roll and I went to stream Netflix and saw this. very. halting. stop. and. start. playback. Worse than the old crappy laptop I'm replacing! So I google and find that I need Adobe Flashplayer. I check the programs that were loaded by the manufacturer and it wasn't included. Only Adobe Reader, whatever that is. So I downloaded that. I downloaded Java for the hell of it, though I'm not sure if that was necessary.
I restarted the computer and tried Netflix again. Same. exact. problem. I'm pissed, to be frank. I haven't purchased a new computer in 12 years and I remember the first one I bought came fully loaded with virtually every program I needed to hit the ground running.
I have Windows 7 on the new laptop. I couldn't bare the thought of tackling Windows 8 so I chickened out. things to look for in the computer, or things that I should download, I'd be ever so grateful. It's nearly midnight here and I'm just going to go to bed without my favorite bedtime movie to lull me to sleep. Cry me a river. I know. Anyway, I look forward to seeing what you have to say.
I'm reinstalling Windows 7 onto my 32GB OCZ SSD boot drive. In addition to that drive, I have a 1TB media drive and a 1TB drive that holds my user files as well as all my programs. I can't seem to figure out how to ensure that all the short cuts for the programs and data for the user file will run smoothly on the fresh install. Is there anything I should do before nuking the SSD and anything additional that I should do after the install or just treat it like a fresh SSD/HDD install but use the already existing user data? tl/dr: Reinstall windows on boot drive (SSD) and retain users folder/program files on separate HDD? edit: creating a clone image and using that won't work here, the actual OS files are bad
View 3 Replies View Relatedhow can I play a video in jet audio (or any other media program) on one monitor while I play a fullscreen game on the other. I can get it to work with streams off of website like own3d.tv and twitch.tv, and I can even run the streams in full screen. However when I try to run a movie through jet audio or even just play music through zune player, they freeze up. The audio will still come through, but either the picture is frozen in place or the zune player seems to get frozen.

View 5 Replies View RelatedThis is when there is no sub (str) within the same folder as the vid
But when i put in the str file in the same folder, this happened
I installed a Line 6 soundcard, now whether I have it selected or not (Realtek) it refuses .mp3 files; sometimes there's just no sound, some files give an error something like 'something went wrong playing this file'.Installed Windows 7 codeck pack and K-Lite, surprisingly without any effect.

View 1 Replies View RelatedIs driving me mad, I'm running a Windows 7, 32 bit laptop and have been ripping CDs to copy onto my USB drive to play in the car, I got about 50 CDs copied tonight and transfered to the USB, I tried it in the car and it was fine, had my tea and copied the rest, tried it in the car and only the ones I'd copied before tea will play, plugged the USB back into the laptop and tried to get it to play using Windows Media Player, the message I'm getting on screen shows this-:"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have Windows 7 for about a year now and I really didn't have any problems up until a few months ago. My mouse pointer would start refreshing/flickering every 5 minutes or so and it would slow down anything I was watching or playing at the time. It doesn't really bother me when I watch movies because I can just shake the mouse and it would stop but when I play games I can't do anything about it and so I can't really play any games. I asked my repair man, he also has Windows 7 but he didn't know how to fix it.

I ran the Microsoft FixIt application but it did not resolve the problem. Fresh install of windows 7. Brand new cdr's. Also, when I insert a blank CD, it doesn't show up in My Computer, however if I insert a CD with data on it(or music), it shows up. Also should point out I have VirtualCloneDrive installed.
I recently bought an ASUS laptop with this configuration: AMD Brazos Dual Core E350, 2GB ram memory which 1.6GB are usable and I guess that the rest it's for video and AMD Radeon HD 6310M graphic card, but i can't play 1080p movies. I have read some reviews and it says that can play smoothly 1080p movies...and i wonder why this isn't work.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have VLC version 2.0.4, so I'm up to date, but cannot play blu rays. I know this version can , but I cannot for some reason. I do use powerdvd to play blu rays, but I realized that if I paused them for close to 10 mins, it'll stop, then an error message will appear saying that it won't play. I want to use VLC as a alternative way to play BDs. I heard about dl-ing a cfg file and a dll file that involves going to appdata; but I wanted to ask around before I screw around in my VLC folder(s).
