i recently formatted my Samsung n102 netbook. i forgot to take backup before formatting . i lost all the drivers installed and data's i saved. i just need to get the default drivers and programs which is already installed while i purchase, is there any option to get the default things....

768 MB (256 x 3) 100 MHz SDRAM (not DDR) ATI Rage 128 AGP graphics card
80 GB SATA HDD (upgraded, with PCI card for the SATA)
I put the specs of most concern in bold. As for the video card, I can upgrade that if need be. What I'm really wondering is... can the Cyrix II even process the instructions for Windows 7 (albeit extremely slowly, of course) or is its instruction set simply too old?

When I try to set a password for new account, I always get "password does not meet the password policy requirements" error. Had a problem with the network connection and tried to run System Restore first thing. It said it didn't complete successfully. Tried a different restore point. Still didn't complete successfully. Isn't that a bad thing? What could have made a new computer lose its System Restore capability? Is there something I can do about it? Have since resolved the network problem so that isn't an issue anymore. However, I'd like to know System Restore is there for me in case something bad happens.
View 4 Replies View Relatedall the icons on my screen have gone white and i cant click anything not even the start button. when i bring up the task manager all it is is a white box. i can login in fine but that is it. when i try torestore nothing happens, i dont have any restore points so i dont want to do a complete restore if i can avoid it. i have tried running chkdsk in safe mode but nothing has worked. i have also run avg rescue cd form a usb and it identified a trojan but i deleted it, still no effect. i have also tried using the recovery cd i got with my samsung laptop but can only use the startup check tool. this comes back with no issues but i cant use any of the other options.

7 Years ago I built an inexpensive AMD Socket 939 system with 1 Gigabyte of memory for my sister-in-law. It had an old version of Windows. Everything was fine until a few days ago. My sister-in-law's son decided to install Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit. hat's when the trouble started. Widows starts to load and then stops when the logo appears. No BSOD and no error messages. It just stops loading. Initial boot up is fine and I can access the System BIOS. The settings are good. I went to the official Microsoft Windows web site and checked memory requirements for Windows 7. According to the web site 1 Gigabyte of RAM is suficient for 32-bit and 2 Gigabytes of RAM is sufficient for 64-bit: [URL] quirements Is 2GB really sufficient for 64 bit or should I bump it up to 4GB?
