I'm using a Windows 7 64-bit Laptop that originally had 2GB and I updated it a few months ago to 4 GB so that I could play Runescape. strange thing is that it's still extremely laggy and I don't have a virus and I have even did a factory image restore but nothing seems to work.
My question is, could there be any settings that I am suppose to update along with installing the 4GB?
After I updated my Windows 7, I clicked the Crysis 2 icon and the message popped up: ""crysis 2 (TM) has stopped working." I believe it's something has to do with the update preventing me to play C2.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been playing runescape for sometime now, and i bought a new computer recently which gives me a BSOD when im playing(of course i should note that it gives it after like a hour and a half of playing...)I should also note that this happens only when i play this specific game, due to the fact that im not turning the computer off when im going to sleep so i can say if it restarts the computer after a BSOD or not.My computer specs:

Recently, within the past three days or so, when I left click on something, it doesn't work. This can be resolved by right clicking on a blank spot in the program I am running. This has happened in Windows Explorer, Lord of the Rings Online, or even on the desktop. I have tried two different mice, re-installed the drivers for both, updated the video drivers.....everything I could think of short of using a restore point. The only software change has been the latest Windows updates. I am running Win7 Home Premium on a laptop. The two mice I have tried have been a MS mouse and a Logitech one.

View 6 Replies View RelatedMy BSOD appears fairly frequently while i play runescape, or sometimes even before i open runescape. Each time i do an antivirus scan with microsoft secuirity essentials, it finds a trojan, i even read something about java.
stoping with runescape is not an option, for i really like the game..

Tried reinstalling drivers and even Win7 but nothing seems to help. Previously it used to give me a BSOD restart but since the last time I reinstalled Win7 after formatting the laptop it just restarts and asks me whether I want to start windows in safe mode or normally. This is really disastrous since I am used to continuous music.

I upgraded to a new compaq laptop last year with windows 7 installed, and now i'm unable to play my old dos games and its giving me this error message when i try to play :

I have dos box and it's still not working!! I would of assumed windows 7 would of had a program installed that would automatically allow you to play these games? What do i need to do? I'm not always keen or too confident at changing my computers settings is there a laymans guide at all?
I have my toshiba satellite a215-s7437 cant read any cd not only that even some of drivers especially on graphics.
