I am trying to get access to an IP camera and although when pinged it recognizes IP numbers it will not show the picture. This is a new HPtouchsmart with Win 7 Home Premium and we are wondering if there is some firewall that is blocking it.

all of a sudden I have been experiencing problems with Pasting files from one area to another. The "Copy" part is working but the pasting - forget about it. There have even been instances whereby the "Pasting" part would be in black and when I click "Paste" nothing happens. On all other instances, the "Paste" feature is in grey.

When I tried it to move or copy to the external I've got message: Error 0x8007045D: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I was looking online for some help and I found some advice that I have to make chkdsk in cmd mode but when I tried I've got message: "Chkdsk" is not recognized as a internal or external command, operable program or batch file. AFAICT the only updates installed in the last two plus weeks have been MSE definition updates. The last real updates were installed on 11 April. View 3 Replies View RelatedI've got a printer connected by USB to a desktop running Vista and hardwired to a WiFi router and I've got a Nokia booklet running Windows 7 Starter and using the WiFi. I have tried to get the two computers to connect with each other, but only the desktop can get into the booklet. I cannot get the booklet to get into the desktop. It seems that because I only have Win Starter 7, I cannot form a home group. I need the full featured Win 7 to do that. Is that correct? I really would like to use the printer on the booklet, but even though it seems to send the document to the printer queue on the desktop, nothing prints. I suspect it's the same issue as I mentioned, but at least it's getting something into the desktop. When I try to print and then look at the document's properties, it says the size of the document but always says pages to print.
