Is it possible to reset my computer to factory settings without any access to the administrator part of my computer? I lost my password so the only access I have on my computer is to my guest account. If not , is there a way to reset my password without knowing my current password?

But when it came up to the login screen all it shown was a blank profile picture and and empty username space and password. I tried putting in "Administrator" without a password and it comes up saying the account is inactive?

Now i dont want to restore the netbook to the Asus factory settings which will just add the unnecessary stuff again...but is there a way to reset the windows 7 started edition to just what windows includes? no asus extras that im never going to use?

I have an HP notebook running Windows 7 Home Premium. I restored it to the factory settings default and I accidently lost my son's pictures. He doesn't have them backed up. how I can retrieve them?
I had to reset my computer to factory settings a while back. I've done nothing to it except download advanced system optimizer and windows antivirus. This was a miracle alone due to the fact that my Computer locks up for extensive periods of time and will barely ever finish a task; such as transferring a picture to USB drive, scan, or any click command. It has never done this before the reset.
I bought a computer on craigslist a while back and it's been working great and all but lately it started slowing down really badly. I play WoW and Skyrim mostly. I used to be able to play at 60 fps or so now I can drop from 30-15 fps. I considered doing a system restore but there weren't any restore points because there weren't any being created every week or so for some reason. So really the only option I have now is to completely restore my computer to it's original settings. When I first bought the computer the guy who sold it to me told me that he'd wiped the hard drives clean and that's what I'm trying to do right now but he never gave me a back up disk or a disk for the OS which is what I'm really worried about. He had windows 7 ultimate installed. I'm afraid that if I try to do a factory reset that I won't have an OS to reinstall onto my computer.
These are my specs if they matter any.

In some hotels, they have it set so if you add/uninstall or change anything, it resets to the way it was, after robot. How do I get this computer to do that?
It has Windows 7: Ultimate (32-Bit). Also, I don't want everything to reset, just some things.
I left my computer idle for a few hours, in which the computer was supposed to hibernate, but it locked up before it could complete that task. I couldn't get it out of this state without resetting the computer. If I reset the computer, all my work will be lost completely unless saved.List of things I've tried:Wiggling the mouse Pressing the spacebar Pressing a bucnh of other keys Turning the moniter off and back on again Checking the cables to see if they were plugged in Unpluging and plugging in the moniter cable, mouse cable and keyboard cable List of things I reconsidered:Hardbooting the computer Restart the computer Use Remote Desktop from another computer Doing an advanced recovery* * This is very dangerous to your work, so make sure you back it up first!
I'm fixing my sisters computer, It froze on her, when she tried to start it up again it went into some sort of system repair mode and after about 20hrs of this (no joke) it gave me the option to restore the computer to factory settings, it also gave me the option to install some sort of backup on the hard drive, however i tried this and it said there was no room on the hard drive (if i didn't know any better I'd say the problem was with the hard drive) i went ahead with the system recovery as it seemed to be the only way to fix the computer (i know i sound like an oaf) now the computer is showing me a screen which states that i need to insert my windows installation disc, however the laptop has no disc drive!
