Jul 12, 2012This topic has possibly been posted before but 'search' brought up huge lists of data, copy and pasted from other posters' computers, - it was confusing.Basically, I downloaded Java as I need it to do an online course. As part of the download, I didn't untick the "recommended" toolbar MyBabylonTB as I assumed it was needed. A later Norton scan showed that MyBabylonTB had been allowed to access my computer.n anti-Malware scan didn't show up this software but I want to remove it. On the Norton forum, someone suggested this:"Download OTLDisable Norton for say 30 minutesStart OTL, Click the Scan All Users checkbox.Change file age to 90 daysPress the "Run Scan"An OTL.txt and extras.txt will be created".Has anyone else done this? Does it work and how exactly does this locate and remove MyBabylonTB? Also how do I disable the current antivirus system on my computer?

Sep 22, 2012I have an Acer Aspire 7741z-4433 with an Intel(R) Pentium(R) p6200 (2.13 GHz, 3MB 1.3 cache). This only happens to me while I am playing The Sims 3. I have the game set on the lowest quality settings, even though my laptop "claims" to be HD LED, etc. This issue still happens. As you may know I cannot replace the graphics card as it is apart of the motherboard, and to buy a new motherboard with a better graphics card would cost more than a new computer. I have been the my manufacture's website and tried installing an update of the graphics card, and that didn't do the trick either. I am at my wits end, and I just want to play the game without it shutting down and freezing my computer. The reason I know the error is because I do Alt + Tab to get back to the desktop. The way it acts up while I am in game is the screen blacks out but I can still see the software's mouse, and then it blinks a couple times and then freezes completely?

I am using a Advent 9117, running Windows 7 32-bit. The drives works fine but was just wondering if i need to install the Intel Rapid Storage Manager/ Intel Matrix Storage Manager program and driver. Will i gain any benefits from doing so? Or is the Windows 7 driver currently installed for the hard-drive fine?
I dont use RAID array, but want to use and enable all the features on the harddrive like AHCI etc. Is this already enabled and used with the current Windows 7 driver?

Jan 7, 2013Okay so, my laptop's system is unable to boot, so I just tried to format it since I have to do that for a very long time, and when it asked me in which partition I want to install windows there was nothing, although when I clicked "Load Driver" I could access the hard disk's files, the hard disk IS listed in the bios normally but windows does not recognize it, I tried using Kaspersky Rescue disk(the only CD I had along with the recovery disk)and when I used the File Manager, the hard disk still didn't show, are there any drivers I have to install?I have burned both fujitsu9that's my laptop) and Seagate's websites and can't find anything, I have searched forums but the only answers were "check if your hd is listen in bios".So, i IS listed in bios but I can't reinstall windows nor access it
