View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had my standard DSL 6mbps (actually got 5.3mbps) service for a year, no real issues with it. Pages loaded as usual, always been using Google Chrome.2 weeks ago I switched over to U-Verse and "doubled" the speed to 12mbps (getting 10.5mbps). Now everytime i go to any website, doesnt matter if it's yahoo, google, youtue, tomshardware... it either fails to load completely and chrome says it can not find the site, or it will find the site but not load any images as all. Instead I have to keep hitting refresh 2-5 times until everything loads correctly.I tried this on my other PC too, and it does the same thing... i cleared out the cache and downloads so everything would run fresh but it didnt help. I then tried using IE, and still get the same thing.

Windows Explorer ( not internet Explorer) starts up when I turn on my computer ( without my request). This just started to occur yesterday. It must be in some startup menu . Where do I look for this to remove it ?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have ran the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app with the results attached. I attempted to run PERFMON report but was unsuccessful (Error: cannot find specified path).
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) and this is the original OS that was preinstalled with my laptop (ASUS G60VX). The system is approximately 2.5 years old and I have never re-installed the OS.
I continuously run system mechanic to monitor and clean out the drive and also use Norton 360 to supplement system mechanic. The system was gradually slowing down and occassionally freezing up. I upgraded the CPU with a T9600 chip and the system seemed to run fine but the temps definitely increased (fan constantly running but rpms varying with temps); I use SpeedFan to monitor temps. The lagging once again started so I had a deep scan and repair of the hard drive performed; took all night to run. This was done approximately one week ago. The system afterward now continually shuts down (BSODs) with no rhyme or reason. I do not know if it is hardware (GPU or hard drive) or software. I have re-installed the original CPU to see if this was the problem but the BSODs continue.
I am capable of operating in Windows Safe Mode with Networking.
I cannot operate inbuilt camera in my sony vaio vpcsb25fg 64 bit laptop

5.On the left side of the screen click on the "Turn windows features on or off".

Internet Explorer should be gone in a few restart's.

IE couldn't display the webpage so I downloaded and installed IE9 On running there was a script error. Line 1, Char 1, Error 'Components is undefined', Code 0 and URL chrome://simppulltoolbar/content/lib/external.js. I selected Yes to continue running scripts. Then came this error. IE cannot display the webpage. I selected Diagnose Connection Problems but Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem.

Got a problem with IE. I get a window saying that IE has a problem and gives an option to let the internet find a solution. This does not seem to help any. I can get out of it and keep going , but the same window will keep reappearing.

View 3 Replies View RelatedIt was running fine before, but now it keeps freezing up and I get an error box at the bottom of the screen and I have to click "Recover Webpage" or something to that effect. The problem is that barely works and the tab ends up closing completely or the whole browser freezes. I don't know if this is an issue with the actual browser or with Windows itself cause as I said before, it was working fine until recently. I know the Windows updates have kinda screwed me up in the past though.

I installed IE9 and rebooted the machine, still no icons. I looked in prorgram files and program files (x86) and each have a folder for internet explorer.....but neither have a exe file. I went into control panel and clicked on programs and features and then turn windows features on and off. IE9 is listed there. I removed the check and applied. It goes through the motions of uninstalling but when it's done it says it could not remove it all. I rebooted but when I went back in IE9 was still listed and checked. I tried to uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller Pro.......but it does not show IE9 as being installed
