Lately I have been getting BSOD on a old but reliable Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop. The BSOD message I get is "Driver Power State failure". It does not happen regularly or follow a pattern. It is random (but follows Murphy's law and happens when I have not saved an important document
Perfmon.html and Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2.zip file is attached as a single .zip package.

I recently bought Dell Inspiron 14R N4110, which came only one default partition (C:) with Windows 7 Home Premium. But later on, I did one more partition (D:), and I installed all drivers(which comes with Dell laptop). but some how my internet is not working properly. Sometime its too slow and not connecting.I reformatted the laptop, and Restored the modem/router to factory defaults (in that order) neither helped. But if I restored my laptop to factory default (which I don't want, because it has only one partition C: ), than everything works fine. Why its happen ?
I´ve tried clean installation of Windows 7 32bit on my DELL Inspiron 6400 laptop.
My hdd has only 1 partition so i don´t think that is the issue. It all went smoothly: copying, expanding, installing features and updates, no problem. Then, the system showed me message - failed to log on and rebooted itself. I´ve tried everything with no results.
I´ve tried upgrade advisor which did not found any problems, i upgrade my Bios. I´ve also tried to install it from Usb flash drive using original Microsoft software.tried external dvd drive but nothing works.I don´t know what else to try.
My Laptop can see all Wireless networks even connect to them (i have tried several) but it reads limited access(therefore no internet access) i have an iPhone and when using it as a hotspot my laptop can gain internet access. all these networks works for others computers and there is no issue when it uses the iPhone as the hotspot.
I downgraded my from Windows 8 Enterprise to Windows 7 Ultimate, i have a big screen so the max resolution is 1920x1080, but when i downgraded it the max resolution was 1400x1050, and i lost the internet adapter too. I ran the troubleshooter it said "could not find internet adapter" even in Device Manager i couldn't find internet adapter, i might try to install but i think it's not good and i don't know anything about that. btw my warranty has expired. There are some softwares on the internet that can fix missing files on your PC, but they require internet.
Suddenly internet has stopped working on my system Dell inspiron N5010. I tried installing Lan drivers for the above series but still its not workling.
I have a hp compaq laptop and am able to use the wireless internet connection..however I also have a Dell Inspiron notebook, a few days ago I lost internet connection on the dell but the HP was still connected. I have contacted my internet provider and they say there are no connection problems and all is fine. They think the problem is on the dell unit. I have tried disabling and enabling the Lan and wireless network connection. The system recognizes the wireless router but wont connect to it why and what can I do.
I've had my laptop Dell INSPIRON N5030 for about a year.It was working fine up till now but when I boot it up it gives me a windows recovery error. It says: windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software might be the cause. When I choose the launch start repair, it just gives me the windows screen with the mouse and nothing happens. Then if i choose load windows normally, it will just go to the loading screen then it'll stay there for a while then go back to the windows recovery error.I've also tryed to reboot the hard drive by pressing F12, but it won't let me it just puts me back on to the windows recovery error screen.
I want to make my Laptop a lot better and faster but I'm not sure on what to upgrade. Take a look at my specs and could you tell me on what I could upgrade? I know that I cannot upgrade my Graphics Card because of Intel's Intergrated Cards but what else could I upgrade?
