How To Uninstall Audio Driver Of Windows 7 64 Bits
Nov 12, 2012
I'm having audio issues and i suspect its Microsoft drivers because i deactivated them and saw improvement in the sound quality. Then i uninstall and reboot and they keep on installing. I disabled the windows auto driver install to never. Even if i reboot they are activated automatically upon reboot.
I have a Gateway AMD laptop running Win 7 Home Premium and it will not recognize a couple of my USB devices. After doing some research, I read that it can be caused by AMD's USB (Audio) Filter Driver and that I need to disable or uninstall the driver.
The driver does not appear anywhere in the Device Manager; but, I did find it in the C:/Program Files (x86)/AMD folder.
The problem I'm facing is that I cannot uninstall it. If I go to Control Panel and pull up the Programs, it does not appear there.
Can someone please tell me how I can uninstall this driver?
how to uninstall/reinstall my audio card driver. I'm using a HP Mini netbook (windows 7 starter). I use this Netbook mainly for browsing and watching netflix. I spend a lot of time in a motel. When I'm trying to watch a movie the Audio is faster than the video (The words are already spoken, but the characters haven't said them yet). I downloaded "driver detective" and it said that my Audio was out of date.
Every 5 minutes or so the audio manager says something has been disconnected and then instantly reconnected putting it in front of every other window and being annoying because it doesn't self minimize. is there a way to stop this the sound card is a realtek alc898 i tried turning off taskbar notifications but it still opens up. I've tried pulling the jack out out, cleaning it and cleaning it, but it still happens.
If i remove/uninstall 'High Definition Audio Device' Driver in Device Manager will Windows Update find it again?Because im having crackling issues basicly the sound is really choppy and choppy basicly and it makes my ram go to 100%
i have install the win 7 64bits in the server, but my others pc with xp 32bits, my hp 3745 is automatic install with win 7 64bits, but I can not share the network for computers with xp 32bit, when I install says missing driver, can someone tell me how correcting this?
For now i think i will try to upgrade from my Vista 64 bits home premium (working well) to Windows 7 home premium 64 bits because i don't want to reinstall all my softs

I have problem installation the driver for my canon MP145 into my ultrabook running on window 7. Have tried both files "mp150win64111ea13" and "mp140swin106ea24" from canon and other website.
I installed AutoCad 2012 in my Dell XPS 15 Laptop (Windows 7 64-bits), but it kept giving me problems with continuous crashes. I decided to format my system by performing a clean installation of Windows 7 32-bits (it is the configuration I have been working with in two other computers without those problems). To accomplish it I was able to get most of the drivers I needed for the new configuration. But there are several problems I could not get solved so far: one has to do with the title of this message. I went to Dell site but I could not find and download any driver for the PCIVEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&CC_0780 that Windows tells I need. And the other problem is that I cannot install the driver for my NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M because whenever I try to do it, the installer stops installation of the driver and shows a message telling me that there is an Intel component missing that I have to install prior to attempt installing the NVIDIA thing.
i read your message about uninstalling it by ticking the "permission" box, however, when i tick it and hit okay, i get a message that says that i can not access it. How can i get around it?
