View 1 Replies View RelatedI want to setup my IP Camera, and of course I need to do it via ethernet cable. So, when I put the IP e.g. "192.168.1.102", my Laptop doesn't even load or kept loading. This case happens when I'm using Win 7 Home Basic, but with a Win XP laptop works great.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a panasonic NV-GS230 video camera. When I connect it to Windows 7/32 bit I only have the webcam. I'm unable to upload my video's from the camera to Windows 7. When I tried installing the usb drivers I've got the message that they aren't supported in Windows 7. I contacted panasonic about this and they told me I have an unsupported camera (which is only 2 years old). I now tried installing the USB drivers in the Win XP Mode. But now I get an error that my computer doesn't have any supported USB 2.0 ports.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI regularly video sports events with my Canon Legria HFS10 and download the results to my Dell Inspiron 1545 which has Windows 7 home edition 64 bit. Problem is that I'm limited to 3 hours full HD capture on camera and usually the event goes on longer than that without breaks. Is there a way I can capture from camera to PC while still recording the event, because there is no pause long enough to do a download during the event? The cam has a component out and HDMI out. Full HD quality is important.

View 2 Replies View Relatedjust last night after i was finished playing skyrim for the night, i saw on steam that i had no connection. so i looked towards the internet bars icon next to the clock and saw a yello triangle with a "!" in it. so i disconnected and reconnected but still the yellow "!". so i just decided i would try again tomorrow (today).when i woke up today it didn't have that error, so i decided to go to Internet on chrome, but it had that "webpage not available" (wouldn't work for ie either). i figured it would soon fix itself like it always had, so i tried playing mw3 on my xbox, but it wouldn't connect to live either o.o and when my mom wanted to watch netflix on the living room xbox, she couldn't connect either! then i figured out it was definatly my modem that was refusing to connect to anything.
View 9 Replies View RelatedCan anyone advise how I would go about fixing this. I am trying to connect to a network (I have a dell running on windows 7) and it keeps telling me that windows is unable to connect to the network-this is before I can even enter the security key. I know it is not a problem with the wireless because other people are able to connect to it fine.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm searching and searching for a free / opensource program that can convert most video formats (MOV, WMV, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 etc) to H.264 or vise versa. And with such options as data rate of 2000 / 5000 kbps but not limited to only that option.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI have a large screen TV that I need to run PowerPoint presentations on, and maybe video. The IT department set up Cat5 from the PC to the TV, but I cannot get anything from the PC to display.
I am trying this on two different computers. One is XP Pro, and the other is Windows 7 Pro. I would prefer the XP machine, but will sacrifice the Windows 7 machine to this if I have to.
Both the PC and the TV show connectivity at the ports, but there is no display on the TV. Multiple Monitors do NOT show in either machine.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have AVS Video Converter and what I'm trying to do is download 1920x1080 (I don't want 720p) video clips, converting them from mp4 to wmv and setting them as my desktop background. I use this converter because it is the first converter I tried that gives me lossless conversion to wmv. My screen resolution is 1280x800.I use the 1920x1080 video and leave all the settings except for aspect ratio which I set to 16:9 and the resolution to encode the video at 1280x800.When I set it as my desktop background, the video is still 1920x1080 and if you compare the original to the desktop background, the video is "protruding" from the screen, so I can't see some areas.I've tried setting windows background to center, tile and all options but still nothing.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am looking for a video editor that can split the video into parts (preferably free). Most of my vidoes are in the .wmv format and sizes range from a few mb up to 4 gb. In most circumstances, it would be used to remove the beginning and end of the video.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have to know something about computers to do accounting (please don't hold that against me).A few weeks ago, I upgraded my system to Windows 7 - for many reasons. I have an inexpensive Argus Bean "Sprout" camera, and the small CD that came with it did not have drivers for Windows 7 (it was not out yet). What a nightmare!!! www.drivermanager.com would not even let me search after visting their sight and wanted $30 for something I do not need, what's worse is that it took over 8 hours to figure out why Norton Symantec PC thing kept uploading itself and turning itself on.Am I the only person hit by this?Is there any way to get the driver for Windows 7 for this cute, little camera I really love?
