Cannot Send Mail Account.

i have set up a new email account I can recieve mail but i keep getting this message when i try to send mail, The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.
The rejected e-mail address was 'info@englishwineproducers.com'. Is it absolutely necessary to create a Comcast account in order to send mail? I am having an issue after recently obtaining Comcast as my ISP (i am receiving mail but unable to send). I am formerly a bellsouth.net customer, but would like to continue using Windows mail. I have read and followed several different threads and nothing is working...I am connceted to the internet wirelessly..did not have to install Comcast cd....email scanning is off...what else can I try?

I have a Windows Live Mail account and a Yahoo account and they both show up on the left hand side of my Window Live Mail account so I can choose which account I want to use or, for example, which inbox to look in. At the bottom, also on the left hand side of my Windows Live Mail account, it shows 'Add e-mail account', which is what I want to do with a new 'AOL' account and I want it to show on the left hand side like the two other accounts.
So I made a new AOL e-mail account, clicked 'Add e-mail account' at the bottom of my 'Windows Live Account', then I put in my new AOL e-mail account and password where it showed me. Then I clicked next.
The next page was all about my email server. When I did this before with a new e-mail account, it was all filled out automatically for me, but this time, all the blanks were left open and I have no idea what to fill in. I believe once I have this information, the AOL e-mail account will automatically then show on the left hand pane of my Windows Live Mail account below the other two accounts.

just wondering if anyone has any ideas for why windows mail is preventing me from sending mail. it is currently linked to my Yahoo (UK) pop3 account, and it works for receiving mail, but i cannot send any messages. any tips? i've been in contact with Yahoo Cust. services and they said that it worked and they could receive my messages to them, but it doesn't work, then they said it was a mail client provider problem.

I cannot send mails via my hotmail e-mail address for approximately two months; when I try to send one I get a notification saying that I have to activate my hotmail account. When I click on the link to activate it and enter the confirmation code as required I get a page with a error code on it. How can I solve this issue if needed I can provide additional details.

When trying to send email via smtp.freeserve.co.uk i get the following error. The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:'pop.freeserve.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.freeserve.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E. This is a new set up, and i can recieve emails ok, via pop.freeserve.co.uk. i have removed the norton internet suite, and am using AVg 8, which i have disabled to try get it to work. The mail program is in the allow list on the firewall ( zonelabs)

Have my own domain and can't send emails to my 2nd user account or to myself using Windows Mail. Added my domain to the safe senders list but it still just black-holes. No errors ion the log, nothing indicating there is a problem. If I use another client the mail goes thru just fine.

I am not able to send a invitation for a meeting. Furthermore I am not able to send this meeting by e-mail. Furthermore I do not want to register for any support community in the world wide web to get a solution for such a business critical issue. what can cause that I am no longer able to send meetings by E-Mail or to send invitations.

Up until yesterday lunchtime my email inbox on Windows Mail (I have Vista) showed my old emails as well as my new mails. then suddenly all my old emails disappeared and I can only see new emails from yesterday lunchtime! my emails have vanished - how do I get them back? I use AOL - when I check my AOL via webmail i can still see the old emails so know they exist. so why have they disappeard from Windows Mail?
I have several folders set up on my AOL Windows Mail accont so don't want to have to set up a new windows mail account as I will lose allmy folders. And my account settings are set to "view all mail". even wehn I press "send & receive" none of my old inbox emails are being shown up.

I have worked for hours trying to set up an email account through Windows Mail. I have an email address through at&t. I contacted at&t. They gave me the incoming (pop.att.yahoo.com) and outgoing (smtp.att.yahoo.com) email servers. They also told me that the outgoing server port is 465, and the incoming server port is 995. I've created an account with these specifications. But Windows Mail cannot send them out for some reason.

I just did a restore to factory settings. Before I was using MS Mail (Live) I believe. I had MSN & Vz both configured, along w/my Newsgroups. Now it seems like here in MS mail I can't set up my MSN.com Hotmail account. I get some sort of msg. saying the format is no longer supported. Can someone tell me what settings I need to put in? I tried MS Live and that seems to only take MS Hotmail. Outlook 2k7 is also balking at me. I'd like to get all mail in 1 place. Can someone tell me where to find the info. needed or point me in the rightdirection of setting up any 1 of these apps.

I work with Vista and Windows Mail version 6.0. I tried to add an Hotmail-account but Windows Mail does not allow it. Then I tried to add a Live-account in which I succeeded, but the e-mail account does not appear as an account in the program under my regular Inbox. So, I added an account but it does not work.
