View 4 RepliesI've had this Vista with PSP10, storing all my graphic tubes on an external hard drive. I installed PSPX2, and now not all my graphics
show up in VIsta. They do in PSP, but I need to be able to view them in a window environment, etc. to move around and other things. It's only one type of file I cannot see, and that is any with a .psp extension, i.e., .psp, .pspimage, .psptub, etc. I can view my jpgs fine and gif's fine, and all other graphics I have on the external. It all worked wonderfully with psp10, no problems.
When I starts the program it is running real slow and after a while it is shuting down and I have to restart it. I have changed so I am running it as adminstrator.

It can read and write many formats including its own Open format as well as all version of MS Office except the newest. Few business users save in that new Office format because it is NOT compatible with other versions of MS Office. You can download and try is for free and it does NOT have any of that stupid copy protection. And it is more secure. And you never have to pay for all future upgrades.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI had a computer shop rebuild my wifes computer. They built itunder the name RoB Davies.my name is RoD Davies. It . To "fix" this error, I added a User in Control
Panel/User Accounts uner the name Lenore and gave her admin rights and Deleted the User in Control PanleUser Accounts of Rob Davies or I THOUGHT I HAD.I then had to MANUALLY ADD the User "Lenore" to C:Users
However, in C:Users there is STILL RoB Davies with all folders (music, saved searches etc) of about 1gb in size and a User Lenore, same folders(music et al) of about 40KB. I have done some checking and all the Registry Keys are under Rob Davies.
THINKING BACK, perhaps instead of ADDING a User in Control Panel underLenore, maybe I CHANGED the name of the Account from Rob Davies to Lenore. If I did, perhaps Vista H/Premium DOES NOT amend the C:User (name) , itleaves the C:User as RoB Davies...if you get my drift. Which is why I had to manually add a Lenore to C:Users?
Is that possible? And what would therefore happen if I:
1. MANUALLY Deleted the C:UserLenore that I manually added.
2. Went to Control PanelUser Accounts and Added another User, say LDavieswith admin rights (which WOULD have VISTA create the User in C:Users as
C:UsersLDavies)
3. RENAME the account in Control PanelUser Accounts presently named Lenore BACK to RoB Davies and then
4. DELETE the User RoB Davies in Control PanelUser Accounts which thenmight Delete the User in C:UsersRob Davies
Without a doubt the worst windows version ever made! Microsoft were finally on track with windows XP pro but they had to go and screw it up by bringing us vista! Nothing works, nothing is compatible every program supposedly compatible seizes or shuts down! It is constantly vulnerable to viruses! There's no end to the complaints I have about this crappy version of windows! Wake up microsoft because you're just soft now and nothing micro about it!
View 9 Replies View RelatedEvery time i save a picture on Paint and open it, the pixels are mixed with other pixles and everything is somehow blurry. Why its doing that and how to prevent it so its a clear picture?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI like the simplicity of Paint, even with it`s limitations. But the one draw back that is really frustrating is its low dpi resolution. When I try to print image on to a larger format, usually paper poster, the image just does not hold up. The pixel becomes distorted and image is unrecognizable. I want to be able print my drawings on to much larger mediums. Whats the solution? Is there an upgrade version of Paint. Or can anybody give me an other solution. I already know about Photoshop, Corel etc...but I am a simple illustrator.

View 4 Replies View RelatedMS Vista Home Premium I am trying to use MS paint and the 'A' tool on the tool bar is grayed out and not clickable. Do I have to pay to use this tool? Also if I go to view the 'Text Toolbar' option is checked but again it is grayed out. I am no expert on windows but I thought paint was included with the OS. PS Don't bother telling me that some other program is better, I just need to plan my flower garden and MS paint is fine for that.

View 8 Replies View RelatedInstalled Office 2003 on new computer which is running Vista Home Premium 64 bit. Unable to change the Office Assistant image from the paper clip. Receive message "not enough memory to perform this operation.: Computer has 4g of memory! Microsoft says this is an unresolved compatability problem with Office 2003.
View 8 Replies View RelatedOriginally, I had Office 2003 installed in my computer, & a trial version of 2007 that had already expired.
Today I installed a full version of Microsoft Office 2007, without removing any of the other two versions from my computer. I realized that it seemed to automatically remove the older version. I`m not bother about it not being there, as I got the new version, but I wonder if this is an automatic uninstalling that Office does, or if the version is still there but I can`t see it, as I would like to remove it properly if it`s still somewhere in my computer.
I checked in Control Panel & the only thing I can see is "Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007", the full version I just installed, & everything that come with it. No 2003 anywhere.
I know you can do this document-by-document by opening each document individually and clicking "Upgrade" or whatever, but is there a way to convert all your Office documents at once?

After i install it, i cant find it anywhere, its like its not installing even though it appears to install and i dont get any error messages.

Ive reinstalled it mulitple times with the same results.
I am trying to find an external hard disk drive that is fully compatible
with Vista x64.
I purchased a Western Digital My Book Premium II drive and it doesn't work
properly even though their web site states that is Vista compatible. I
contacted them and they fairly ridiculed me for assuming that that meant it
would be compatible with 64-bit Vista. I can still use the drive to
actually copy files to but there is no 64-bit driver so the bundled software
doesn't work and Vista keeps telling me that it needs to install a driver
for this device.
I contacted Seagate about their FreeAgent Pro product and they claim it
should work even though there is also no 64-bit driver for it. I don't
trust that statement after my experience with the WD drive.
I just gave away my Dell printer because it was incompatible with Windows Vista, and i need a new printer ASAP. Please let me know which printers ($210.00 max) might be Vista-compatible. Specifically, I am searching for an all-in-one with scanning and perhaps duplex.
