What's Happened To Micreosoft Wish?

When I send e-mail to MSWish@Microsoft.com,it gets returned to me with a DIFFERENT e-mail address that the one I sent it to.It comes back showing the e-mail address I supposedly used as MSWwish@Microsoft.com. Wrong! My messages did not have the extra W.Nevertheless, I can't seem to locate Microsoft Wish. The link I found on Microsoft's web site that read "How to contact the Microsoft Wish Program" took me to a web page that did not offer a clue how to contact Microsoft Wish.

I was on my pc, browing online with Firefox, and all of a sudden my PC froze. No key commands would work at all, so I had to power off the PC and reboot. At this point, one of several things keeps happening when I try and restart. Either I get no signal to the monitor, I get signal and it boots up normally until right before it gets to the Windows screen (black screen), or it boots up completely normal and I use it for a few minutes and it freezes completely again. Now, which one of the above happens seems to depend how long I leave the PC off for. If I try to reboot right away, I don't get as far - either no signal at all or it goes through the DOS startup stuff. If I leave it off for an hour or more, I can actually log-in to Windows, but it freezes after about 5 minutes. Seems like there becomes a problem after it warms up?

I just got my SP2 CD in the mail today from Microsoft. I put the CD in, and it runs through the steps, and then it asks to reboot, I click okay. The computer will reboot to the second black screen, then then it will have the XP logo and under it: "Please wait...", and i let my computer sit like that for about 2 hours, and nothing happened. So I manually shut the computer off, when in, and unstalled it, and then put the disk back in and when through the wizard. The same exact thing happened, and I waited 2 hours and nothing happens, so I had to manually reboot.

alright so i have windows xp professional and it has about 18.6GB and I only have 3.9GB that isn't taken up How can i increase my free space again? I have no idea where the other 15GBs went. When I try Disk Cleanup it doesn't work.

I've been having terrible problems with my computer. I'm running windows XP. I cannot launch anything from the desktop nor access system restore. Alswhen i'm online the pages are staggered as i scrawl down.
