View 9 Replies View RelatedThis tweak will only work with Nvidia gpu's with an nvidia detonator driver. It can be downloaded from http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp . We are going to need the windows registry. always make sure you make a backup of your registry before you are going to edit it. Open your registry by pressing the start button choose run and type regedit.click on the NVTweak folder you now see and create a new Dword value name it CoolBits (make sure you use a big C and B) one's created open it and make the value 2 (hex or decimal) This was the tweak. You can now go to your display properties select advanced in the settings tab and then go to your detonator there you would find a new function called clock frequencies.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI ran a new tweak called Process Monitor, and the last statement on the "process tree" was "rundll32.exe" I looked on the internet and it said that this could possibly be a spyware tracking me, but it has a microsoft name applied to it. Can you tell me if I should delete this or not? It has 500 or so records (dll's I'm assuming) attached to it. When I run CCleaner, my firewall (kerio) asks that rundll32.exe wants to execute.

I want to backup my Autocomplete User Names and Passwords, Web Addresses, and Forms entries in the registry. What are the registry addresses for these items?
I tried to delete the registry entries which were bad, I had 30 of them, but the these two will just not go away, even by doing them manually, such as saving as a backup then deleting it manually and remerging. They just show up no matter what I do, or so use programs like Registry Mechanic, which I found only mediocre, very far from the ratings. to delete these two entries somehow from someone who is actully knows how to without using several so called registry cleaners, which only work partially.

I have uninstalled several programs from my computer.
I was wondering if it is safe to delete the system file in the Registry? or if something bad would happen?
I have several registry cleaning tools on my PC like registry mechanic,WinASO registry Optimizer and those included in my programs ASMW PC-Optimizer,Tune-up utilities and WinTools.net Professional. One thing I am puzzled is that all the registry cleaning tools have found certain problems when I run one after another.Once i completed my registry scan using all above tools and fix all problems,I can't understand why a number of registry problems still exist the next day.I did not carry out any important task other than just spend the most 1 hr of web surfing.
Recommend a more powerful registry cleaning tool to curb such problem.
What are recommended programs for cleaning your registry? I tried to use Registry Mechanic, but for some reason it gave me the error message that it could not locate the file map.dat,I verified that the file was there in the correct location. Are there any other programs I could try?

Sometomes wierd things happen like my floppy disk will run for a split second after I am on the pc for about 30 min. then stop and my pc will not always boot up and say that an improper frequency has happened. After I re-boot all is well. This does not happen all the time.
