my laptop has recently been running extremely slowly, and I can't figure out what's wrong with it.

I have run Ad-Aware & Spybot on a regular basis (2-3 times/week), Norton Antivirus atleast once per week and defrags once a week. System boots slowly and when I start just about any application, it seems to take forever for it to come up.
HP Media Center PC psc x876. 2.4 Ghz Processor, 512 MB RAM.
Would someone mind taking a look at my hijack this log and let me know if there's a problem. My computer has been running awfully slow and hanging quite a bit lately.

My laptop is running very slow and has been showing signs of hijacks. I have run Ad Aware and also Avast Virus Checker. I have Avast and AVG, Spyguard, Zone Alarm running and on my other machine running the same programs have no problems.

Having random system reboots and cannot find the cause as of yet. Asking for any help in this manner as my system means a lot to me. Do all my maintence and run all scanners to try my best to keep my system healthy, but recently because of these reboots, it has led me to believe that there is something deeper going on and am in need of an expert

Recently my laptop has been running very slowly and I've noticed that the cpu usage is usually at 100%, even when most of the more memory intensive programs such as firefox and azureus are closed. Is this a problem with most lenovo laptops? I have a thinkpad T43p.

Computer seems to be slowed down, PLUS it seems to slow down its internet connection that is max 10 mips down, to a crawl, then it speeds back up. Lately my PC freezes up for virtually no reason. The computer is older but runs just fine besides the freezing up. Not sure if its just time to get a new computer or if its just a glitch. I tired doing a windows update yesterday, computer would not let me perfom the action.
The error message read: Network policy settings prevent you from using Windows Update to download and install updates. This error may occur if the Remove access to use all Windows Update features group policy has been enabled by your system administrator and comes up with a windows error 0x8DDD0003 and have done a lot of the recommended fixes but nothing has worked.
When I start up Musicmatch Jukebbox Plus version 10.0 I get the opening screen and then nothing. I tried to uninstall it in Control Panel and Install Shield freezes. I try to install a new download for musicmatch and Install Shield also freezes. I therefore can't install or uninstall this program. That's my hijack log. i'm having problems with super slow performance. I installed 1gb of ram so it now has 1.2gb or available memory.
Lately my computer has been extremely slow, not just internet slow but onboard slow. For example, if I click on an application from the desktop it will sit there for 10-20 seconds before anything happens. Occasionally I'll click multiple times on something and nothing will happen then 30 seconds later it will open multiple instances of things. This delay has been happening with just about anything I click on, acting like the computer's busy doing something else when nothing else should be going on. I've looked in the task manager and the applications column will be blank
