A 60 day trial for Microsoft office Used but it expired so I tried to install Office Professional I didn't like it and removed it. I have since downloaded another 60 day trial for office and it works however I can't open documents by double clicking on them I get the following error message:c:documents and settings HP_administrator desktop is not a valid win32 application.

I get this error message just randomly whenever I'm on the computer or not: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v149/spiralout987/error-msg.jpg. I don't know what it is, what it's for, what's wrong with it, etc. Anyone have any idea where I can get more information as to what this error means? And what program is asking for the file that can't be found? Please help! I don't want to reformat my computer to get rid of this message.

It is telling me: the file "asms" on windows xp home edition service pack 2 cd is needed. Type the path where the file is located and then click okay.I enter d: ( my cd drive) and nothing. it says: globalrootdevice cdromoi386 in the path line. nothing. I have read as many posts here as I can and it is stopped in the middle of the installation at 39 minutes waiting for me to become an instant genius and solve it.

Now when I try to re-open them for revisal, or even just to look at them, I get a msg in a small window that says "Works task launcher cannot open the file you selected. It may have been either moved or deleted." If I can't get to some of these, I will lose my job! And I don't even know where to go for help, this is the first place i've tried. Can someone either sove the problem, or tell me when I can go for the answer?

When I double-click the icon, the icon gets highlighted, but the program or other folder does not open. I checked in the folder options, and it is set up so that when you double-click an icon, it opens the program. But the weird thing about it is that if I try to double-click or right-click an icon on my desktop.. it works like it should. So this really just doesn't make sense.

When I try and "Duplicate Now" it starts and then I receive another error, "Duplicating error!! The array is not functional."If I ignore the error message and continue to boot the system (XP Pro) it cotinues to boot normally. Unfortunately after deleting this I can't open my Drive C using double click unless I used right click then choose open then it will open. Here is the error message that came up. The window name is "Windows Script Host" the message is Can not find script file "C:FS6519.dll.vbs". How do I fix this so that I can use the double click again to open my Drive C:.

I can't double click on my IE icon with out gettign a send to MS error. Same error happens when i go to start Explorer but i can go to my computer or somethign liek that and use that as a browser but only thing is if i click on somethign liek a link for say my explorer will then crash and once again i would be confronted by a send to MS error. Recently, my laptop hasn't been shutting down properly. Whenever I go to turn it off it doesn't respond, so you have to keep going to start-turn off-turn off over and over again. Either that happens or when I try to turn it off I get the 'End Now' program box coming up with something about ending ccAp, the odd thing is that yesterday it shut down without a problem, which is the first time in a few days that it's done that, and today it's gone funny again!
