I am sole usewr/administrator. I am unable to click on email links .says refer to systems administrator. I have gfone into REGEDIT.EX /HKEY LOCAl MACHINE and set up for everyone to have full use but it hasn't worked.

I AM the sys admin! I had this problem once before due to an automatic update from Microsoft. After switching to Thunderbird email, the problem resolved itself (likely with another auto update from Microsoft).
I'd actually rather use another email program, but my wife's email setup REQUIRES Outlook 2007, or so we're told.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have several machines that are unable to open files from links/attachments, it appears to only have the problem with Word/Excel/Web links as PDF and PowerPoint appear to open correctly (although possibly a bit slow)For example if I receive an Excel attachment if I try to open it directly from the attachment, Excel opens, however the spreadsheet itself never opens. If Excel is already open when I attempt to open the document, it will then open the document. It does the same thing for Word where it opens word but not the document, unless word is already openWhen you click a web link, it does not even open Internet Explorer, however if you have IE open when you click the link, it will open the page in a new tab.

No access or occasionally terribly slow to do so. Also same when following links in GR emails . View 2 Replies View RelatedHere's what I want to do: I probably type my email address 50 times a day (kind of long address) to log in to email, online shopping log in, forums, etc. Is there any way to simply click in the box where it wants my email address and do a right click (or something quick like that) and be able to create a selection list with email addresses or login names and I simlply just click on it to fill in the email address/login field?It doesn't have to be exactly that method, I'm just looking for some way to keep my email address on a permanant clipboard so I can just select it or do a keyboard shortcut to fill in email address fieldAnyone have any ideas?
