How To Activate Windows 7 64bit Over Vista OEM (Error 0xC004E003)
Oct 9, 2011I have a Gateway laptop (FX 7811p) that came with vista home premium 64 bit. I have been trying to do a clean install of win 7 pro 64 bit, as i was told that an upgrade over vista is not possible. now, my problem is that i can't activate my product. I tried the win 7 key as well as older vista keys but I keep getting an error (0xC004E003).

Aug 21, 2012I have done a clean reinstall of Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 on and Acer Aspire 5738G Laptop that I originally purchased Brand new from a large trusted company.
I am having trouble activating "error code 0xC004E003"
I got that error using a product key a programme retrieved for me before I done the clean reinstall. I did not know about the product key sticker on the bottom of my laptop at that time.
The key on the sticker won't even type all the way so I can't even test that key, I had the same problem and with that key on the last install and was told i had the wrong ISO now this ISO is no different. This laptop has been in for hard drive repair with new image, now I don't know what key the they used to activate. I would assume the same one(hopefully) I had BSOD problems and thats why I have done a clean install which has fixed all the problems I had previously.
what can I possibly do to activate asap I only have three days to fix this? Code:

Error Code 0xC004F063 When Trying To Activate Windows 7?
Feb 11, 2012I built my computer a few years ago and bought vista right before 7 was coming out so I got a free upgrade disc. I never bothered upgrading until I had to do a clean system install a couple months ago because my computer locked up.A couple days after I installed vista and upgraded to 7, and before I activated my copy of windows 7, my PSU died. I finally got a new PSU and now when I try to activate my windows 7 I get this error.Does the 30 days to activate actually mean anything? I ask because I didn't get to activate in the 30 day period since my PSU crapped out on me. Also, I had to use magic bean key finder to get the key because I cannot find my original upgrade case as it got lost in one of several moves apparently.It says my copy is not genuine but it is. This is what makes me mad about microsoft. Things that should go smoothly never do.

Jul 27, 2012I have a Toshiba c660, I've decided to reformat it using toshiba HDD recovery because the hdd was full and was having a malware. Then after the recovery it said that i need to type the activation key for windows, I don't know it, and I don't own the CD of the windows so I used a keyfinder software to find it, then I typed it and this error appeared. This is not a pirated windows because before the recovery it was fine and the activation key was working. And also when i use slui.exe 4 the phone option doesn't appear, it only shows the options of buying one, contacting and try a different one. There are no stickers at the bottom of the laptop or in the battery compartment telling the product key.[CODE]

Jun 28, 2011i recently got a computer from my aunt, and decided to put windows 7 on it. Before I installed it, I put in a Geforce 8800 graphics card and a (2nd) cd rom drive. After 20 failed attempts to install windows 7 (it kept freezing at the completing installation part) it worked after i disconnected the new graphics card and one of the hard drives. Jun 17, 2012I having a popular problem 643 and I have tryied several sugestions but the problem still exist.The first of many updates that fail was on 6-10-2012 Framework4 KB2656351 plus 8 or 9 more with different numbers.I got this information by clicking on display updates, I do not know if that is the right way to get the code name for the updates or if there is other way. If there is other way to get this information please let me know, I am a work in progress.

Everything is good except I've got a yellow exclamation point over two devices under Devices & Printers. Aug 18, 2012A while ago I had some bluescreens with the error-code F4 which I could fix by updating the SSD firmware (from 1.3.0 to 1.3.3). But since then, I sometimes have a bluescreen with the errorcode 101. The bluescreens only appear while I'm playing Battlefield 3 or sometimes when I currently play nothing; in other situations my pc just freezes and I have to use the power button. With Google I found out, that this bluescreen is caused by an error with the processor, so I ran Prime95 and watched the temperatures with SpeedFan. The temperature of the second core was 98�C so I started logging the temperature. After another bluescreen I looked in the logfile but the temperature was only around 40�C. So it seems that nothing overheats (which is also proved by the fact that the bluescreens appears while nothing runs that stresses the hardware alot).
