I reformatted my computer recently and ever since my Dell BT Travel Mouse is not working. Bluetooth is turned on in the BIOS, and I used driver genius to get all of the drivers needed. It is connecting to the mouse and I can see it in the Devices. That being said I can't actually move the cursor with the mouse.

I have been using a HP DV3 Pavillion Note Book for last year and a half, which has bluetooth connectivity. It runs on Windows7 Home Premium OS. For the last several months, my note book cannot connect to any other bluetooth device in its vicinity, nor other devices can connect to it. Even in the notification area bluetooth icon no longer appears. It is as if bluetooth software has simply disappeared. HP Wireless assistant shows that bluetooth has been disabled. The wireless assistant screen does not show any button to enable it. What could be the problem?
My wife has a Dell studio 1555 laptop and the Bluetooth 370 adapter doesn't appear to be working after upgrade to Windows 7. It won't recognize external devices. I've downloaded drivers that I thought might be the problem but to no avail.
I've had a Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 for a short time, and had no problems initially in setting it up with my Acer Aspire 5740G notebook. Recently the mouse stopped working, however it is still showing up in the list of devices. Right-clicking on the mouse's icon does not show a remove or delete menu item, so I can't attempt to re-add the mouse as a new Bluetooth device.Other Bluetooth devices still work with the notebook, and the mouse still works with my PS3, so I don't think it's a hardware problem. How can I remove the device from the list of devices, so I can try to add it again? Or is there some other way I can try to get the mouse working again?
I have a Rocketfish Micro-usb bluetooth adapter. I'm having real issues with my Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
- The Bluetooth device installs correctly but cannot find any devices
- Searching will go on forever and I have tried over 12 different bluetooth devices
- When opening up "Show Bluetooth Devices" windows, it never loads
- It works fine on the Windows Developer Preview (minor bugs)
Things I have already tried:
- Updating the drivers - Updating Windows 7 - Running the drivers in compatibility mode for all other versions - Searched Google
I'm out of ideas and am in serious need of help. I'm trying to mainly use the adapter with the Turtlebeach Delta Force Headset, but it will not read any other devices as well as the headset. Here is the image of the "Show Bluetooth Devices" Menu. This is after loading for about an hour or so.
