My volume/sound settings on my toshiba L635 are always at max setting yet the produced exterior sound is always very weak listening. Headphones improve things but I'd like a higher volume sound on the laptop without having to use the headphones.

In other words elevate the volume over the defaulted maximum that comes with the software? I am having problems with the volume when I am using headsets. With all gages set to maximum volume both in speakers control and the actual headset volume it is still inefficient., as in not high enough. View 1 Replies View Relatedso i have a blue yeti, and i'm an online animator/voice actor. whenever i record audio on my blue yeti (or any other mic) i record about 4-6 inches from the mic, and turn the gain down enough that the audio doesn't peak as i yell or whatever. this is what you're supposed to do if you don't want your audio levels peaking and making your recording sound horrible and corrupted. however, afterwards, it means i have really quite recordings. not a problem right? now that it's recorded right, i can boost the volume of the entire clip afterwards right? wrong. i'm not an audio expert so i must be missing something. but why in gods name would the audio distort and peak after it's recorded successfully? it's all there, it's all clean audio. if i turn the volume on my speakers all the way up it sounds crystal clear! all i want to do is do that inside the computer so that when i upload it to Internet people don't have to turn their speakers so far up. but if i increase the clips volume in the computer, it distorts! it sounds awful! why?! i tried in sony acid and audacity and they both do the same thing! i can take sound effects, and recordings made by other producers and crank them up nice and loud, but mine just fall apart!

I just received a new keyboard today: Thermaltake Challenger Ultimate. I went from a Logitech G15.
First thing I did was connect the keyboard and install the software that came along on the CD, it probably also installed the correct drivers. First after this did I uninstall the software and drivers from the old Logitech G15. But before that, and now after, the volume buttons on my new keyboard is still not adjusting the volume when I press them.
A speaker-icon like this shows up when I press the volume buttons, so its not that the keys are not working: (ignore the text behind it, its me writing an assignment)
I recently got this problem, that my volume hotkeys stopped working, (Acer Aspire 5560G) AMD High Definition Audio. I also tryed plug in other keyboard that have's volume hotkeys but still doesn't work.

View 5 Replies View RelatedNow, just 3 days ago It started the BSOD issue.I realize that my GPU was the cause of this issue. When playing games or open 3d applications the temp goes 30C to 72C (In 15 seconds) then 82C - 85C constant (in about 30 seconds).Now I've been using MSI afterburner to check my temps and at fulload my GPU will be at 62-72C max temperature but now it's 10C even higher then before. No, I haven't fiddled with the voltage I set the GPU voltage to 1.037v which is the safest (been running this almost 8 months!). The GPU is the GTX 560ti.Is there a way to set the GPU on default settings or reset GPU settings in cmd or other professional way. I have uninstalled the drivers, uninstalling GPU, disabled GPU, disabled PCI-E slot and so on by using device manager and the issue still persist. Yes, I also have clean the GPU perfectly and still the temperature goes up to 82 seconds at 30seconds-45seconds. Yes, I have checked everything is set correctly and so on, I am a PC Tech.
Is the GPU damaged? Yes I have looked at this thread: Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try Mainly, I know its the GPU straight away, I tried checking old drivers, new drivers, another GPU overclocked software such as GPU tweak and EVGA Precision. I am thinking it's the GPU is damaged or the PCI-E is damaged (I have another PCI-E slot on my system and the issue still there). It might be the PCI-E frequency? but it's set to 100 which it meant to be, I just hope is software related because I don't have the money to buy a new card. Did the dump files help?
I rebooted my labtop everything came back ok but the webcam application that normally is under utilities i went to toshiba website installed their so called application but it's not doing anything, what can i do to get it back.

My intention was to install all 5 - with unique names and just share them. Easy?BUT only one printer will install. When I plug in additional printers - nothing happens since the drivers were installed for the first printer.How do I get Windows 7 to "see" the others and uniquely address the USB port that it is plugged into.Worse yet, I only have 2 USB ports on the laptop, so I need to use a hub.
