I have the Leadtek winfast pvr2000 tv card and it works under vista 32b without problems.
I installed the seven rtm 32b and I met problems with this card.
Windows 7 freezes with a black screen during channel scan. All is locked, no mouse, and keyboard led doesn't work respond (capslock, numlock...)
Same behaviour under mce and winfast (leadtek tv app). Win start scanning, and after 10 seconds, screen goes black and hdd led stopped and I must reset the pc.
I tried the 5.13.22.6115 whql driver (vista 32b) without success. I also tried to find a generic conexant cx2388x driver for seven, but I don't.
Is there any way to make TV2000XP RM to work on Windows 7 64-bit Build 7600 ? Drivers for Global and Expert got out but that's another chipset. RM is BT878. If anyone knows how to make this thing started, well, please share that with us.
I have an old (analog only) Winfast TV2000 XP Expert TV card installed on my computer. I am able to watch and hear TV but when I try to record something (Ctrl-R) I get the video but I don't get any audio in the resulting video file.
My system is as follows:
Windows 7 Ultimate
In "Device Manager" under "Sound, video and game controllers" I show only these 2 items:
Realtek High Definition Audio

Winfast TV2000 XP Expert

To recap; The audio works when viewing in TV mode but does not record the audio in Record mode in the saved file.
Does anyone know what I can do so it will record sound along with the video?
WinFast ATA66 PATA PCI controller with popular CMD648 chip. Win7, both x64 & x86 recognize the controller properly. The controller is connected with optical drive working normally in UDMA-2 mode. Unfortunately, the transfer is possible in PIO-4 mode only. How to set the higher modes of data transfer? The drivers for Win7 aren't available on the manufacturer's www page.
I have been using my Leadtek / DTV 1000 T for nearly 2 years very happily on XP, since I have changed (I am not sure if that was for the better) to Win 7 Ultimate, I haven't been able to use my beloved TV Card. where I can obtain the suitable drivers?
Okay so, my laptop's system is unable to boot, so I just tried to format it since I have to do that for a very long time, and when it asked me in which partition I want to install windows there was nothing, although when I clicked "Load Driver" I could access the hard disk's files, the hard disk IS listed in the bios normally but windows does not recognize it, I tried using Kaspersky Rescue disk(the only CD I had along with the recovery disk)and when I used the File Manager, the hard disk still didn't show, are there any drivers I have to install?I have burned both fujitsu9that's my laptop) and Seagate's websites and can't find anything, I have searched forums but the only answers were "check if your hd is listen in bios".So, i IS listed in bios but I can't reinstall windows nor access it
i changed the OS of my laptop from windows7 starter to windows ultimate x64. but i cant connect my laptop to the internet. some drivers are missing. {2 BASE SYSTEM DEVICE DRIVER missing, ETHERNET CONTROLLER DRIVER missing, NETWORK CONTROLLER and VIDEO CONTROLLER DRIVER is also missing.} solve this?i tried to install the ethermet driver i downloaded. but it always shows this error " error:failed to install, no device driver is present to your computer"
I have an Acer Aspire 7741z-4433 with an Intel(R) Pentium(R) p6200 (2.13 GHz, 3MB 1.3 cache). This only happens to me while I am playing The Sims 3. I have the game set on the lowest quality settings, even though my laptop "claims" to be HD LED, etc. This issue still happens. As you may know I cannot replace the graphics card as it is apart of the motherboard, and to buy a new motherboard with a better graphics card would cost more than a new computer. I have been the my manufacture's website and tried installing an update of the graphics card, and that didn't do the trick either. I am at my wits end, and I just want to play the game without it shutting down and freezing my computer. The reason I know the error is because I do Alt + Tab to get back to the desktop. The way it acts up while I am in game is the screen blacks out but I can still see the software's mouse, and then it blinks a couple times and then freezes completely?
emachine EL1200, AMD Athlon 64, Boxer 61 MB DA061L, 08120-1, 48.3V801.011. 2GB RAM, SATA HDD. Originally Win Vista but upgraded to Win 7 home premium 32 bit which worked ok. Problem - at boot up the following happens: verifying DMI pool data...update success, boot from CD, bootmgr is missing, press ctrl+alt+del to restart. inserted win 7 CD, installation progresses to stage where i get error message: no drives were found.click load driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation.
I have a brand new Dell XPS8500 running Windows 7 Ultimate x64. When trying to play online games, I keep getting this message:Display driver AMD driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered.The browser (Chrome) freezes up, the screen goes black, the error message pops up, the browser goes completely white and I have to go into task manager and kill it.I tried getting a screen shot but could not.
my laptop is hp pavilion g6 notebook pc >> my problem is with the ethernet controller driver and the network contoller driver >> after i had install a windows 64 bit i couldn't find these drivers.
