Setup will now exit" i try with previous versions and pass the same error and all the others drivers like audio or other programs run fine,
I did a clean install of windows 7 64bit(professional) on my existing 32 bit vista premium, every thing went fine expect the monitor resolution. If open any videos using windows media player or real player or watch TV, it displays in a blur mode. Photoes can be seen clearly, only videos that i play are not clear. I dont know what went wrong. All i did is updated a new nvidia driver for my 8400gs. Please let me know if any thoughts on this.
I've got Nvidia 8400GS graphic card and its latest driver, version 306.1. after installing windows 7 on my system, the driver keeps on crashing again and again after some time, when a video is played. after a few seconds a message on the task bar occurs saying that the system has recovered.
I'm running windows 7 and my geforce 8400GS graphics card. I'm trying to duel screen using a siemens LL 3220T monitor and a Acer X223HQ monitor. The Siemens is connected via the VGA port and the Acer is connected via the DVI with a converter plugged in allowing the VGA monitor to connect to the DVI port. The problem is the Acer monitor doesn't work! Windows doesn't detect it at all! I can rule out hardware issues because when I run ubuntu using the exact same set up both monitors work perfectly well! I tried downloading the newest drivers for my Nvida card but still no success. The monitor doesn't show up as being connected on any of my settings!
juz 1 to ask for help here.can some1 told the latest driver for me.This info bout my driver.try to update but only beta in Nvidia web.microsoft updater has download ver. 15.26 but i'm not too clever to handle this thing....
my notebook is Sony vaio sz7 and I used to work with a dual monitor. But after the installation of windows seven I can`t connect my NEC monitor. i think its because of the video driver. my video adapter is NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS but i can`t find a driver for 8M series for seven.
OS: Vista Home Premium SP2 32bit and Windows 7 Ultimate (RC build 7100) 32bit (Dual Boot)
I'm currently having problems with my graphic card driver and the aero effects in windows 7. It wont allow me to install the driver or use the aero effects and that is a bummer for me. I really wanted to try it out.
I'm using hp pavilion dv6-7012tx with 2gb nvidia geforce gt630m.when i checked for update in nvidia control panel it showed no update available.but it also showed that my driver version is some 2.3.xx & version 3.xx is available for download.what does this means?
Okay, I was one of the many students being really annoyed by the Digital River download and now I'm having some driver problems. I have an NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT. None of the drivers work and I can't even find it in my Devices.
This is for Torrentg. Can you please create a custom Inf file for me. I tried everything incl downloading the latest Nvidia driver and mMobilityModder to no avail. I am running windows 7 home premium 64 bit on a sony Vaio laptop with Nvidia geforce 8400M GS and below is the info you need on my video card:
I just installed Windows 7 x86 on my Gateway MT3423 laptop.I did not realize that the graphics driver was not compatible with Windows 7.Does anyone know of a way to get an alternate driver that works with this configuration?
I just installed windows 7 64-bit on my Acer laptop. It has a Nvidia Geforce 7000M video card. Windows 7 only sets it up as a generic vga card. I have tried all of the drivers I have found and none of them work. I am not able to use the dvd maker or other programs because of this. Any ideas? Cheryl
I recently upgraded from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 home premium. I had that message in Vista aswell. I tried to clean the drivers using a driver cleaner software and reinstalled them. I have also tried to find a BIOS upgrade without finding any for my motherboard. My motherboard isBengal Plus Motherboard which is made by Foxconn. The pc model is a Packard Bell Ixtreme A6530.
I am btw using 64 bit edition of Windows 7. The video card is Nvidia Geforce 220 GT.
I have an Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 Video card with 256 MB of RAM.
The card seems to work quite well with Windows 7, except that the highest resolution I can get with the present driver is 1280 x 1024, but this naturally stretches the screen. I can set it to a nice 1280 x 800 which looks pretty good on my 19" monitor.
However, I would like to get a resolution of 1440 x 900 for my 19" monitor but this options is not available. Do I perhaps have the wrong driver? I am presently using the one I downloaded with Windows 7 in the Device Manager. The driver version is 220.127.116.11 and is dated 10/9/2006.
I was attempting to install the display driver when I received this error message from Windows Update: "WindowsUpdate_80070006" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"
I searched Google and only found 7 results with no solutions. I attempted to get the drivers from the nVidia website and it informed me that I needed to get the drivers from my computer's manufacturer (HP)-so I went there. The only thing offered on my particular notebook's support page was an update for the Wireless Assistant.
Has anyone else encountered an error when installing nVidia drivers on their laptop or received that particular error from Windows Update?
My aunt just got a used HP Pavillion dv2000. She had someone format it and install a fresh copy of Windows 7 x64. Now she has all generic drivers. I want to at least get her the driver for her video card so she can get Windows Aero Effects, better resolution, adjust the brightness, etc. So what I need is a tested and working driver for:nVidia GeForce 7150/nForce 630m It has to work on an HP Pavillion dv2000 running 64bit Windows 7.
