ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 Driver
Oct 29, 2009I just did a clean install of Windows 7 Professional on my laptop and for the most part everything went extremely smooth. I just have one question, what is the most recent edition of the driver for my GPU? Is it 8.632 as provided by my laptop manufacturers website?

Jan 27, 2010I had windows 7 installed on my system by the local Staples Office store yesterday. When they installed it my Vid card, a ATI Radeon 4650HD (1gig) was already plugged into the motherboard.
I've tried installing both the drivers and the CCC for the card but it doesn't seem to be recognized by windows 7. When i go into the device manager under Display Adapters it reads "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". I had thought that under Windows XP when i looked there it recognized my card, am I installing the drivers wrong? Is windows not seeing them?

Jan 6, 2010I'm currently using xp home edition and I just bought the SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 4650 1G AGP. The current version of my driver is 8.620.0.0. I found out that there was new updates for the driver. When I tried to make them a bug came in my system. I tried manually to locate the files for the update but still didn't work.
Anybody could pls have any clue about that?

Jul 11, 2009I keep getting this problem whenever I play any games, mostly World of Warcraft. I always get the BSOD! It's the most annoying thing in the world. I just upgraded to 7 yesterday and I downloaded the new drivers from their site.

All of them worked except the ATI Mobility Radeon x1300, and when i try to download/install it, it just comes up with unknown error code 80200053. Now my computer is stuck with low resolution and using a generic PnP standard VGA Graphics Adapter driver and I can't find a way to get my video card to work. Any way to install the driver? I tried downloading the driver online, but those versions are not compatible with Windows 7?

Dec 2, 2011I recently upgraded from Vista Ultimate 64-bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I have a problem with the resolution now. The monitor I use was supported in Vista for resolution 2560x1600 but now the highest I have is 1280x800. I can't get it any higher, when I go back to Vista /same Dual-link cable, same monitor, same PC/ it shows 2560x1600 correctly, once I go Windows 7 - it only displays 1280x800. I have tried every driver update /Dell monitor3007WFP, ATI Radeon HD6950/ but nothing works. I first thought its my monitors' driver problem but after I researched online, it seems that many people have same problems with the resolution once they go Windows 7 /no matter the pc or monitor brand/. How to able to run this at 2560x1600 resolution.
