I just rebuild my computer and it worked fine for a couple months now, but recently i have been getting random freezes and ''NVIDIA Adapters'' crashing on me, getting pixelated screens then total darkness and going back to desktop. To a random occasional Reset.Today however i received my first DUMP file and i am happy because i know some of you know how to read the issue within this file.
View 1 RepliesFor the past week, I've been getting some random BSODs, some freezes, and sometimes just a random restart. there is a flash of a pixelated screen, and then it just restarts. This computer is nigh on two years old, and has showed no sign whatsoever of slowness or any malfunction. Yet for the past week or so, it's been randomly crashing and getting restarted. Specs
-Intel Pentium Dual Core processor. 3 GHz.
-ATI Radeon graphic card. 1 GB.
-2GB RAM.
-320 GB storage space.
-HP Pavilion CPU.
-Desktop PC
I would upload the dump files, but honestly, it crashes by the time i press the copy button. i am attempting to get them using the homegroup from this computer.
I managed to pull the dump files out from the homegroup. here they are.
A month or so ago I started having the occassional problem with Blue Screens.There does not seem to be a specific time in which they come up it just seems to happen randomly. As of late it has been happening much more frequently. Also, though my menu bar says I have wireless access I constantly get the "Can not connect to a network" error message. I cannot click on the view networks options from the menu bar or from the control panel even though every other option in the control panel works fine. I have tried troubleshooting my internet connectiong and nothing ever comes up. I am using Google Chrome. I am currently running my laptop on safemode with networking in order to post on this site.[CODE]
View 1 Replies View RelatedBasically the main problem is that whenever my computer is left running for any given amount of time, them I will get a system restart. I would be transferring a large amount of files from a hard drive to a backup overnight, only to find myself on the login screen and half of the files transferred next morning. Or I'd be playing a game, surfing the web, even the simplest of tasks, it doesn't matter.
I am currently running Windows 7 64-Bit (A perfectly legal version too lol)

View 4 Replies View RelatedI encountered this weird bluescreen error crash in sunday morning 19.2 around 8am if i remember & i had only utorrent on and OutpostPro Security Suite 7.1. Utorrent had been on for about 6hrs at least & was uploading most of the time. I have 24mb Adsl connection with crappy 1mb upload. I bought OutpostPro Security Suite about 1,5years ago if i recall and now after crash i finally updated on my laptop from 7.1 to 7.5 and made a clean sweep for machine before plugging Web cable back.I think i added most of the system spec info into my user profile so not sure if i need to put them again in this crash message. Strange that win security center doesn't recognize my Agnitum's OutpostPro Security software as a antivir as it has firewall and antivir. At 1st i got scared that bluescreen crash would be cause of my about 1month old Psu or cause of processor since i guess it's quite dusty and been noisy & been meaning to get it cleaned for a while now. Then after the crash i was browsing ur site using my crappy laptop & found out that it may be cause of malware had something to do with netio.sys crash.Or then just network adapter had too many connections and couldn't handle the packages. I have no idea how to fix that network adapter if it's cause of that & i tried to update it & says that update not necessary. I have Win 7 x64 Home Premium Sp1 & bought it about year ago from Amazon Uk if i recall. Hdd check with Advanced Systemcare 5 showed couple errors after crash,but not anymore today so that was weird. Wishing u have a nice monday & start of new week and that u could help me with this case as i'm all the time thinking what if it happens again at any minute since it came by a surprise while i was browsing and had like 4-6 tabs open and utorrent was uploading "not sure if it was uploading at that moment" & had Outpost running in background so that kind of crash is weird. Sending 2x rar files which r Bsod & perfmon report.
Recently I can't play any DVD disk with my HP Dv3 DVD drive, once inserted a disk after auto play start it crash to blue screen. I have tried with an external drive same problem.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI reformatted my computer multiple times, yet my computer seems to BSOD randomly.What happenes is that everything becomes unresponsive; cant alt+tab, cant ctrl+alt+del etc etc. everything freezes randomly... then boom, BSOD. its happened twice, with no apparent pattern.And then, when it restarts, it tries booting but then it goes into the boot selection screen and my SSD is nowhere to be found. I have to power off then power on again for it to boot up and log in.

I have an Inspiron 5010 and after a Windows 7 update the screen, after the Windows 7 splash screen becomes pixelated and then reboots. I have tried to go into safe mode but it blue screens every time and quickly reboots.

Since I installed Windows 7 final version: While playing a movie in full screen, the rendering is some kind of pixelated ( shapes are pretty ugly :/ ). I have the problem with anykind of video ( .avi, .mkv, DVDs... ), with all my video players ( Media player classic, VLC... ).
I did not have the problem with my older config ( win 7 RC ) and have since I formated my computer to install windows 7 final ( home premium N ).
The only way it worked on my new windows 7 installation, was with a very old driver ( 169.62 ), but games work pretty bad with this driver

I am getting the explorer.exe error multiple times in the day, I have also repair installed and also restored the system at the safe state of system but after sometimes the error occurs as before. I have also done sfc/scannow system file checking but it says the system does not have any integrity problems.

I also have the "Cat Meow" problem on my computer AND it is NOT a screwed up cooling fan. It's interesting that when there is no answer people resort to a little humor. The sound(s) (including a lions roar), randomly occur. They are short and sweet, not really that annoying but curiosity persists as to their origination.

Even after restoring it to factory systems three times, I still get random BSODs. And I can never recreate how it happens. Sometimes it won't happen for a whole day, sometimes it will happen every other minute. Downloaded BlueScreen viewer and it gives me a bunch of information. Will upload that.

- intel Q9550 quad
- DP45sg motherboard (which use IDT HD audio drivers)
- 4 gig corsair ram
- ATI HD4890
audio and video drivers are updated to lastest version.I had no problem with XP, but when I installed Windows 7 (64bits), I started to get a wierd bug.At random times, the computer seems to freeze for about a second then get back to normal. Everything freezes, mouse, graphic and if there's sound playing, it seems like it's repeating the same sound at incredible speed until the lag ends. Here's a mp3 to show you what kind of sound the lag makes :Lag sound I really don't have a clue what it can be. I've tried multiple things. I've updated audio and video drivers. I've search around forums to find similar problems. Couldn't find anything.
Error keeps showing up random times and interfering with some functions. Looks like it is a internet explorer file but I am not running Windows Explorer and took it off my computer a month or so ago.This is VEXING to say the least.If it is missing one would think you could just download the replacement but no notes about where to get one so I am stuck with this problem and no solution?

It could be 1 min or 15 min after start up and does not look to be linked to any 1 program. when it happens the computer will slow down for a min then I just get the round circle icon and nothing works, I cant even do Ctr Alt Del. I have done AVG scan and Superantispyware and all was fine apart from tracking cookies. I have also taken most unused programs out of MSCONFIG startup and still no luck.I will try and run the SysInfo tool and Hijackthis on the computwer now and post the results (Im using a different computer to post this)When it starts to slow Task manager, if i have it open in time, shows nothing strange cpu between 0% and 20%

The OS came pre-installed on the machine and I have never re-installed it.I had been getting a BSOD maybe once a month for about a year. Now I've been getting a BSOD maybe once a week. I bought my Ideapad Y580 from Lenovo in August. Around the middle of September, I started getting the BSOD after updating my Nvidia driver (which it prompted me to do) So I did the typical system restore and reset to the old driver. This did not fix the problem. So I called Lenovo, who determined my motherboard may have a problem and I sent the laptop in for repair. I get it back last night and STILL BSOD! This time for multiple things. I call Lenovo back and after it was determined that the pre-installed mcaffee was to blame. (drivers) So, It was uninstalled and windows update ran until completion with the tech on the phone. I thought all was well, but about 10 minutes after i get off the phone I get another BSOD for a completely different problem. I will post my last 3 or 4 bsod reports below.I will say this, there are NO third party programs on this computer right now. Everything install came from Lenovo as is. And yes, Lenovo replaced the motherboard when it was sent for repair.a brand new 1000+ dollar machine shouldn't be giving me these headaches. [code]This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
