When using outlook to connect to sky I have no problems at all - but when I switch to windows Vista mail using the same settings. I get no connection and server error 0x800CC9, server error 0x800 CCC18.

I have never been able to send but receiving is no problem. I have tried the authentication steps suggested in "Help" and on other postings here.
