Cannot Send Mail, Out Of Memory

this rather annoying thing happened today. I had sent a mail OK to a guy, and after that, when I try to send, I receive a message saying that the message cannot be sent, there is not enough memory. No issue codes or anything else. I have Win Vista Home Premium, F Secure 2010 and Windows Mail. Worked OK until today, now I cannot send anything. Also, for some time, when trying to open an online music channel in Media Player, the same thing happens, there is not enough memory. But when I click on the channels media player, it works.

I am not able to send a invitation for a meeting. Furthermore I am not able to send this meeting by e-mail. Furthermore I do not want to register for any support community in the world wide web to get a solution for such a business critical issue. what can cause that I am no longer able to send meetings by E-Mail or to send invitations.

Is it absolutely necessary to create a Comcast account in order to send mail? I am having an issue after recently obtaining Comcast as my ISP (i am receiving mail but unable to send). I am formerly a bellsouth.net customer, but would like to continue using Windows mail. I have read and followed several different threads and nothing is working...I am connceted to the internet wirelessly..did not have to install Comcast cd....email scanning is off...what else can I try?

Unlike others who get the message: Windows Mail could not be started. Initialize junk filtering. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full (0x80004005) I am not using McAfee, I'm using Norton. Been using Vista for a couple of years, know my disk is not full, know I'm not out of memory and am baffled

The error message I'm getting started after doing some updates. (Should have known better) I'm getting two the first one reads:
Windows mail could not be started. Initializing junk filtering, your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. (0X80070002)
When you click on the ok button then i get a second window which reads:
Windows mail could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized.
How do i fix this? I have tried some update however nothing seems to work.

I use orange as my IPS and have an e-mail address xxx.xxx@fsmail.net which I
can access ok from webmail. I have set up my account in Windows mail and I
can send e-mail ok but I cannot recieve mail. I get the error message below.
I hope you can help. I don't want to change ISP or e-mail address if I can
help it as I would like to be able to access my e-mail via mobile phone or

When I try to send mail with Windows Mail, I get the following message: You do not have a digital ID. If you send this message, it will be sent properly, but you will not be able to read it in your sent items folder. Send anyway? When Windows Mail is open, and I go to Tools> Options> Security> Digital IDs> Personal> nothing is there. Above this is a choice of Intended Purposes. I have selected ALL. If I click on the Import> Welcome to Certificate Import Wizard> Next> I am asked for a file name. I don't know the name of the file name. Alternatively, I can click the BROWSE button. I don't know where to look for the certificate in my files. Whereas I don't know the name of the file, I can neither type it in where requested, nor use my computer file search function to locate it in my files.

Using windows mail I can send email but cannot receive email any more. When sending and receiving begins to download emails but gets to 3 and then hangs. After a while a box then opens asking for user name and password. Then hangs for circa 10 - 20 seconds and same box then opens asking for user name and password again. I had 4GB physical memoryon the PC. With Windows vista 32 bit, available memory is shown as 3.3GB. I asked and was told that only under 64 bit windows, will the available memory be 4GB. When I upgraded to windows 7, I chosed 64 bit, but the available memory shown in the system is still 3.3 GB. Why is this and is there a way to make the full 4GB available? It's possible that my video card is using RAM instead of its own RAM. If I install a video card with its own RAM, will the full 4GB be available?

I have a problem with Vista Ultimate x64 SP1, I always seem to lose all my free RAM within an hour regardless of system activity, even while idling. I have noticed an svchost.eve process runs each time I reboot which seems to bloat constantly although when I close it down it only frees up about 800MB, what's happening to the rest of my 8GB??? When I launch Task Manager it says I'm only using 10% Memory but free RAM sits at 0?!?!

Over the last month, I began having problems sending e-mail using Windows Mail. At first I could send them if I repeatedly hit 'Send/Receive'. They would eventually be sent. However now, I cannot get them to go at all. I have rechecked all my setting and I cannot see anything out of the ordinary.
My incoming mail, and all of my other internet applications are working fine.

I should know better, but I make the same mistake again and again when I am absorbed in my work. I right-click on the document I want to Send to/Mail Mail Recipient, and find that what I had selected was NOT the document, just a LINK to the document.
Is there any way of activating a user option to chose, at that moment, between the link and the underlying document? Vista has plenty of exasperating UAC serial popup messages (eg five clicks just to do a Disk Cleanup), but a warning/option in this case would be welcome. Perhaps this feature is available and I just need to enable it?
