PC Modified Itself

trend micro had to be reinstalled , their tech support helped get rid of it . Since then Printers have dissappeared , all audio has gone , icons in add remove programs have changed also half of the prgramms arent on the list , yet theyre still on the taskbar , tried command prompt fom accessories and couldnt open it (shortcut tab in command prompt properties gives target type as : This is not a valid shortcut) and its the only icon in accessories that has changed (modified Wed 11 July 2007 , 5:45:59PM) , print spooler services wont start , cant uninstall canon printer because of this message and , unfortunately the list goes on . did virus and spyware scans with trend micro with no result , also sent hiackthis logs for analysis with no result .
