Laptop Cannot Get Into The Schools Server

I'm doing some telephone troubleshooting with my daughter.She cannot get into the schools server. She calls it her'H:'drive so I presume it's something mapped to the laptop. She does have internet access from her room so the hardware connection is ok. She's back at school a little early so there's no help desk available for a couple weeks. She has two users defined for herself. One works with our home network and the other at school where she logs into a domain. Here's what it seems to boil down to. The user she has defined while in the dorm seems to be gone but the ''My Documents'' folder remains with that user name and her files intact. I am thinking the user was deleted without using the option to delete files belonging to that user. I have been trying to just recreate the same user/password but it just creates another My Documents folder separate from the other.Although it would be easy enough to move all her data to that folder for simplicity's sake, what we want to happen is regain access to the schools file server or her H: drive as she calls it.
