This barely rises to the level of minor annoyance,When I use Advanced Find in Outlook 2010, the magnifying glass icon is not animated (as it was with Outlook 2003). Is there a way to change the behavior to be like Outlook 2003? Without the animation, one cannot tell if the system is doing something or not.

I have connected my laptop to a 40" LCD TV using HDMI cable and everything works fine. Since the desktop icons/fonts on the TV shows default (small) size from the laptop, in order for me to see it from the distance I have to change the desktop icons/fonts to a larger size.Here is my question; Is there a way to set up a different desktop icon/fonts size to match the TV and the laptop? (perhaps different profile settings???) Meaning, when I disconnect the HDMI cable from the TV, I want the size of the icons/fonts go back to default/small size icons and vice versa

I have been using my USB flash drive in my laptop for age and I never have any problems. I used it yesterday and all was fine but today when I plugged it in for some reason it wouldn't light up nor show up on my laptop. I have plugged other flash drives into my laptop and they are all working fine, however the one which is not working is the one with all the work on it which I need right now. what i could do to get my work off the USB flash drive ?I don't know if this information will help but my flash drive is a bytestor 10101010 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive and my laptop is a Samsung Netbook.
