Driver For Promise SAT150 TX Series
Jun 30, 2009i installed windows 7 but i cant see all my others disks , they connect to a promise Sata150 TX controller , on the website i found drivers just for XP but nothing else.

Promise Driver
Dec 7, 2009Before I buy Windows 7, I would like to know if my Promise Ultra100 TX2 IDE Pci card will be detected and work? I only have a single ide channel on this mobo (C drive & DVD), and need this card to work for my other two hard drives. I'm 71 years old and don't have the money to replace this with sata drives. Or just stay with XP & Ubuntu?

Nov 2, 2009I have a Rock Quaddra Ti laptop - Its really a Clevo D880p. Sager also rebranded it. It has a RAID controller which my hard drive is connected to. Im not using the RAID functionality in any way.
When I try to install windows 7 from XP, it says that the PROMISE TECH ultra IDE driver is required. It then offers me the option to browse to it to conitnue my update.
Unfortunately I can not find any Vista or Windows 7 drivers for this piece of hardware. Its rather surprising as it was quite a popluar laptop at the time, very well known for its power.
Can i just skip this stage, and the drive still work? Or does anyone know of a solution? The laptop is 6 years old - surely someone must have updated theirs with vista and must have a windows 7 compatible driver?
Promise Fasttrak 378 Sata Driver - K8V Deluxe
Dec 26, 2009I'm in a fight with windows 7.
The problem is i'm having is that i can't find any sata drivers for my Promise 378 controller.
I am trying to install Windows 7 x64 edition.
But no luck so far.
In the bios i have set the promise chipset to operate in IDE mode.
Because i'm using only 1 drive.
Tried the VIA drivers for the onboard chipset as well, they only operate in raid.
So those won't work.
Spend like 5 hours online googling for it but no luck so far.
HP C5100 Series Driver X64
Jul 1, 2009So I tried loading the driver for my HP C5140 AIO printer in windows 7 X64, but it would not load the drivers and software that I got from HP, so I lived with it until I came across a fix on the HP forums yesterday. So I tried what it said and it worked. So if your HP C5100 series printer is not working I can tell you how it was done just PM me and I will help.

Aug 13, 2009Has anyone seen or read anything about the Win 7/Vista drivers for Nvidia 7 series not working properly?
I have a thread over in General where we were trying to determine the cause of a graphics glitch where once Win 7 x32 was booted the screen would glitch out to where it looked like multi-colored ladders with jumbled colors all across the screen.
After running several tests and trying different things, I'm fairly certain its a problem with the nvidia 7 series drivers themselves and win 7 x32.
Trying a clean install to x64 and the drivers for the 7 series for it to see if that changes anything.
Any confirmations or disaffirmations regarding these drivers would be appreciated.
