PC Crashes Randomly With A Weird Noise?

Jan 7, 2012I have a little hardware problem with my dell, So when the computer is on for (like 4 hours) and when the cpu reaches like 70 a 100% cpu usage the computer is making a weird 'Vwrrrrrrr' noise. the normal noise (when it is just on) is a quiet noise I think it's the fan that makes that noise but I'm not 100% sure so what can it be for sure ? Is the fan broken or should I give it a new layer of thermal paste ??

Aug 10, 2012My laptop isn't even a year old and it started freezing and making weird noise. At first it didn't happen much and only happened when I was watching movies now it happens on everything I do about 4 times a day. sometimes it goes back to normal but then other times I have to press the power button and turn it off. I checked the fan and the fan seems to be fine. And I don't have a virus I scan the computer once a week.

Once I exited the game, I realized that when I would try to left click, it acts as a right click and the right click does nothing. This happened completely out of the blue. Jul 22, 2011Well i was playing a game i think it overheated im not sure cause its like over 100+ and i was playing games. Anyway there was a screen that was a bunch of colors i think mostly purple or pink but whatever. So i shut down my computer and when i turn it on it makes a buzzing noise for like a minute. I cleaned the inside of the computer all the dust out from the fans and all that but it still makes the sound. Also after the buzzing sound it turns off then back on then a light buzzing sound for a bout 4 or 5 mins then i think its gone. Its either that or because i turn on my modem then turn on my computer a second later.(i dont usually do that).

Windows 7 Making Buzzing Noise When Playing Music After Updates
Nov 21, 2011I installed 3 days ago Windows updates and now my computer makes the infamous buzz when playing music. I tried deactivating all the unnecessary start-up programs but it keeps doing it. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 with native W7 and never had problems with the sound, it all just started after I installed these updates.

Jun 2, 2012I have been dealing with this problem for a long time but something gotta happen. The random restart happen well randomly during idle, game play, surfing the web or anything that has to do with the computer. One minute I'm enjoying myself and the next I see the Dell logo. No BSOD just loads back to desktop. I have searched the forums and have nothing out there that gives ME and idea of what's going on. I have formatted and reinstalled the OS and it still happens. It happened before and After I upgraded my PSU and Graphics card. It's happens multiple times a day. Now my second issue. I have I play AION and during game play I hear a LOAD crackle through my speakers and I'll hear it for a range of 2 sec to 10 sec and then the system restarts. No BSOD on report. This also happened before and after new PSU and graphics card and before and after format reinstall. I've updated my graphics card sound card, Bios, chipset, everything I can find a driver for I've installed it. I cant find any resolution. I doubt this forum will have an answer for this problem but while I'm listing my problems I'll add this one. During gameplay of AION I will get a message that AION game client OTCbuildclient32_wogg(30) has stopped working. I have also gotten a couple alerts from Norton that that same process is using a lot of memory.

Jul 24, 2012So, everytime I'm in the middle of a game. For example I was playing DayZ and my PC just shuts down. It has been doing this for awhile. It does it on other games like Half-Life 2. I have a pretty powerful computer. It doesn't have this problem when video editing with 720p footage. I've tried the CHSDISK thing (i think thats how you spell it) and it still shuts down randomly during game. I've also tried turning off all the startup programs.

Jan 30, 2012I never get the bluescreen doing anything but playing games and it's not often but it happens about twice a week. It crashes and WhoCrashed or Bluescreen view always points to ntoskrnl.exe or ntkrnlmp.exe or hal.dll it's always two of those 3. Other than games it runs fine. I did all the memory tests for 3 days and tried the best I could re-seat stuff. It's an alienware so they have it all secured in a way that makes it difficult to get around, and the case weighs around 105 lbs or something crazy.

BSOD While Playing Games
Mar 25, 2012I have been having BSOD for a while now and need some help resolving them. [code] I have tried updating drivers and and even re-formated windows and reinstalled everything, but still getting the blue screens.It seems to me that the problem started when i installed the geforce nvidia 295.73 drivers, but im not sure this was the original problem. I have tried reinstalling nvidia 265.58 through the newest 296.10. they all seem to give BSOD. Thought it seems more frequent with the newer drivers. Today i have had 4 BSOD while playing Skyrim.I am not sure why but a dump file is not always created only about 50% of the time. I am posting the ones that i have. I am also posting the system health check and the Dump system file collection from jcgriff2.

Jul 15, 2012when playing some games, my computer sometimes becomes distorted and reboots, showing the BSOD. This has generally started happening over the last two months, after I installed a new graphics card. Though previously, I didn't really play PC games, so It's hard to say if that's even the reason. It usually only happens once every few days, and only at some games at that. However, I started playing Tribes yesterday, and every time I play it, I get a blue screen within 10 minutes of play without fail. I've tried to see if there are any correlations between the BSODs and what I'm doing, but there doesn't seem to be. The only unusual thing is how often it happens when playing Tribes, a game that isn't nearly as processor, memory or graphically extensive compared to other games I've played without fault.The error, to my knowledge, has always been the same. With the blue screen stating some Uncorrectable Hardware Error. This is what I believe to be the error code in the Event Viewer.

I've checked my temperatures, but they're all stable at around 50-55�C.

Low CPU/GPU Usage While Playing Any Games
Jan 4, 2013I'm playing Battlefield 3, GTA 4 and saints row 3 ect.. and i have this problem in every game.
I'm always getting around the 40 and 70% cpu usage. and getting around the 60 and 80% gpu usage (sometimes in battlefield 60 and 95%)
I'm wondering why it is so low and why it peaks so low and at the parts where it peaks down im getting between the 30 and 50 fps while i really wan to stay above the 60 fps

Cap Frames Per Second When Playing Games
Nov 15, 2009when i play a game like Guild Wars my frames per second can rise up to 200-250
This is way to much and i dont like the video card to work this hard if he doesn't have to.
Is there a program that CAPS my fps to like 30-40 so my video card doesn't make this much of a noise ? (the fan)

PC Reboots While Playing All Games?
Dec 18, 2012I have tried to install everest home and got a blue screen error, I also can not do a Windows system rating refresh as that runs to 10 3d load assesment and then reboots.
