I have a Windows 7 on bootcamp but it crashed.I tried serveral recovery programs like Hirens boot CD but it doesn't recognise my keyboard for some reason when i'm at the first menu.So I had another idea: Just copy my precious files from my bootcamp partition using my mac operating system.Unfortunately, copy pasting didn't do the trick.

By mistake I changed the two pst filenames within windows explorer (Windows7 and Office 2010) instead of just changing the names in the navigation pane of outlook. Now send/receive no longer works. After trying to rechange the names in windows explorer to the previous verion I get the message: operation can not be executed because windows search Protocol host ist open.

I have been using Hotmail until a couple weeks ago when I was "converted" to outlook.com email - which I like OK. When I'm using a browser - IE9 in this case - and when I click on "send link as" or "send page as", it launches Windows Live Mail and puts me in a WLM output email. I would instead like it to launch me into outlook.com and an outlook.com output email. How can I do this - or can't it be done at all?

Yesterday I logged into my mail account through yahoo and replied all to a message that had 60+ recipients in it. Now I can no longer send mail using my windows live account but can receive mail. all of my settings are correct in live mail with my isp. I'm running windows 7/64 bit and using an older Agere V.92 ver. 8.36 internal modem that I removed from my 10 year old HP desktop computer and installed it into my new emachine ( Acer ) ET1352G-03W. The modem is updated with the current drivers as shown in device manager but I don't know if that is enough. If you think the modem is the problem what modem should I buy? View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a Konica Minolta bizhub c250 connected to a linksys router, up until about a week ago everything worked fine, how ever all of a sudden the windows 7 machine (desktop) i use to print to the bizhub suddenly stopped printing from the internet and mS office 2010, however it still printed pictures just no text, and if the .doc was text only it just printed 3 thin black lines two at the top and one at the bottom. Whats odd is that test pages print fine from said computer, Notepad prints text just fine, but i can not get the machine to print text from ms office 10 or anything off the internet, even after a reinstall, i can print to the bizhub just fine from ms office 2010 on 3 laptops running windows 7 on 2 and vista on 1, it was odd however, a file made on affected desktop when transferred to the vista laptop the laptop began displaying the same peculiar problem, i have run: malwarebytes, spybot search and destroy, ccleaner, AVG, comodo antivirus, nod 32, esset online scanner, combofix... several others ... and i ran hijack this and went over the log with a fine tooth comb and found nothing out of ordinary operating.
